excellent pr polite, immediate willingness to assist. Responsive staff, Jesse, day housekeeper (Philipino) excellent. Front lobby beautifully appointed, cool water, Globe appreciated daily. Pool well cared for but season too early for use.
Room needs some updating, walls, bed, all electical outlets loose, balcony planting needs attention (all weeds) decking needs replacement. TV station selections poor. Near by woodlands, littered with garbage.
All in all an excellent accommodation for a long term stay, large walk in closet, two sink bathroom, provision of microwave and fridge so helpful. Convenient to downtown core, highways, great restaurants. Guiliana kindly arranged a special rate for our 6 week stay which was great.
We did not use the restaurants in house due to high pricing.
Staff were exceptional, respectful, eager to assist.

It's a fine idea to issue a $5 gift card for agreeing to no housekeeping for a day. I would prefer to have the room tidied, with the same sheets being used. Even that should save the hotel at least $5.
The printed cards are a discreet ecological green, but are hard to read. A deeper ink is needed.

My husband and I celebrated our 24 wedding anniversary at Westin Prince and are thinking about going back for valentines. I had mentioned our 24 th anniversary when I booked and they remembered as we were surprised with goodies and a signed card wishing us from the front desk staff! The service was excellent as well as the cleanroom with the super comfy bed. Altogether it was the best mini holiday we have had In a long time. We will be back!

My husband and I returned to this hotel after a wonderful previous stay. Their staff are very tuned in to customer needs and requirements which made our stay exceptional once again. This is our hotel choice for Toronto. It has easy access off the highway, close to restaurants including three of their own, and the hotel itself is modern, clean with available parking. It is also very quiet and has a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent.

Lone female traveller and you put me at the end of a hallway near a set of stairs. The security lock on the door was broken and therefore wouldn't work.
Door to balcony wouldn't open wide enough to access the balcony.
Received the corporate rate for the room and wouldn't pay the full price for it. Unfortunately, I expected a lot more from the name, perhaps this was unrealistic.

A great hotel in a lovely green setting - hard to believe that you are in the middle of a metropolitan city! We even saw a deer from the restaurant window! Only drawback is that you need a car to get to anything you may want to visit, but it is certainly a more restful environment than downtown TO. Very close to the 401 and the Don Valley Parkway which can be a great asset depending on your reasons for being in Toronto.

The hotel is appealing when the lobby is considered. But once you enter the rooms that is where everything stops.
The room that we stayed in at this hotel is in dire need of either a renovation or lots of touch ups.
Paint peeling in the washroom, grimmy feeling carpets, "balcony" that you can not go on to littered with bird droppings and cigarette butts.
Overall not pleased with the room when compared to the price.

All in all my stay was fine. The desk staff was freindy courteous and eager to please. Food and servie in the lounge was also above average for lounge food. I think though it is abslolutely rediculous to provide a 50" TV without HD feed. it is a contradicio in terms. Whyu woukd you wnt to see a huge depicitionn of a poor quelity image? IIf yo don't want to spring for HD don't provide a large flat screen TV. its silly

I recently had to travel on business on the day of my birthday. I was pleasantly surprised to find in my room, a bottle of chilled white wine, a fruit tray and lovely card signed by the Front Desk Staff, wishing me happy birthday. What a lovely and very thoughtful thing to do. Even though I had to be away from home, it was touching to have my birthday recognized by the staff at the Prince. Thank you so very much.

Upon check-in, there were 3 people behind the counter and 2 guest including myself in front. Yet I was made to wait 10 minutes without acknowledgment while 2 'service' people talked to themselves and the other was serving a guest but disappeared without a word.
In the room the drain hole was unscrewed which made taking a bath a challenge and afterwards the faucet leaked and made dripping noises all night.

I found your staff to be most accomodating and helpful during my recent stay. I had some personal issues on arrival that would not let me check in, but Jennifer helped me find a remedy and put my mind at ease.
The rooms are very nice and also clean and comfortable. The greenery around your facility makes it more inviting than the hotels in downtown Toronto. Thank you.

The staff at the Westin Prince are the gold standard for all other hotels (including some Starwood Properties) to achieve. Service is prompt, friendly and, personable. When you are away from home, to have a hotel staff member remember you from 2+ years ago, goes a long way to providing "comfort". Keep up the great work.
Only suggestion I would make is that the lighting in the rooms is not bright enough.

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. It is close to everywhere with ample parking space.
The staff are very friendly and always there to help ( thank you Joseph).
Some say the hotel is a bit far from Downtown, it's really not. The hotel is centrally located close to everywhere.

I have alerted front desk about the "defective" lock of the sliding on the day my wife & I checked in.
While, it was addressed immediately, however, the sliding glass door became permanently locked, depraving the "walk out" feature of the sliding door.
Other than the above, everything is good...courteous/efficient staff.

I stay at this hotel every week for work. This week everyone seemed a bit grumpy. The elevators took forever and my bathroom wasn't completely clean... there were half full shampoo bottles, hair in the tub. It just seemed off. I'm back next week and I hope that it improves.

The Westin Prince was a great location for a business trip. The entire hotel was impressively appointed and my room was spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive, the buffet breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay there again soon!

When I checked in with my boyfriend, the concierge didn't ask for my id and he spelled my last name wrong. I didn't find out until I had to get a new room card which wasn't working. I provided my id which did not match the name on their computer system. I spoke to 2 staff before there was a security who escorted me to my room to confirm my belongings and id. I felt like a criminal!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Roger Beautiful hotel but Internet fees are a thing of the past.
Overall I like this hotel and gave stayed a few times in the past. I was surprised that there was a few for Internet use in a time where wifi is accessible almost everywhere. Then I heard from a colleague that if you are a SPG member there are no fees. If this is true, it was not mentioned to me. In fact when I asked one colleague if she was told about an Internet fee, she said she wasn't.

I love EVERYTHING about The Westin Prince. The environment both inside and outside the hotel is beautiful and very pleasant to just walk around. What impresses me the most is the helpfulness & friendliness of ALL the front desk staff. You never see them without a smile.
The Westin Prince is excellent in accommodating customer needs. When I called front desk and requested a bed board for my back problem, Joseph told me that the hotel doesn't have one currently but he would definitely find one for me. And surely he did. And it was all set up well before I checked in. The 2 nights stay at Westin Prince was one of the best travelling experiences I have ever had. Thanks to the bed board, which Joseph made an extra effort to obtain it for me, I had 2 pain free nights so I was able to go on doing my business normally during the day and accomplished everything I had planned. Thank you Joseph so very much.

this is without doubt the worse SPG member hotel i have ever stayed in.
Staff where very rude, not very accomodating, restaurant staff where rude and would not even give my wife two bowels for our kids to eat a snack in the room.
Breakfast is way over priced for small and just poor quality food.

The title says it all. I've stayed here four times traveling for business. While the gym is great ans the staff is friendly the wifi Internet access is completely awful. Paying nearly $6 per hour oe $9 per day it's unacceptable that the connection drops depending on where you move in the room. It makes it nearly impossible to do any work from your room. I hope that you can fix this

I am a frequent traveler and have been gold or platinum with starwood for the last 15 years. I have seen lots of good and bad service at hotels over the years. The Prince stands out as one of the best, your team exceeded my expectations and really enhanced and personalized our stay.
The Prince is without a doubt the best Starwood property in Toronto and possibly in all of Canada.

I have stayedat this hotel more than 10 times in the past. In the past there was free access to WiFi to check e-mails in the lobby. I was most disappointed to discover that this amenity is no longer offered. It is a small convenience for a guest who does not need to get internet access for a full day. In future I may stay elsewhere, That is a pity and a poor management decision.

The property is very well maintained and the staff very nice. The lobby area was a bit on the cold side, given that it was 60 degrees outside. Other than that I have no complaints. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows incredibly comfortable. I slept very, very well.

Very clean with excellent staffing. And for all of you travelers who know just how much a good shower is needed to start the morning, this was, without a doubt, the absolute BEST shower I have EVER had in my years of travel. I didn't want to come out.
I was not able to partake in the lounge\dining area this visit but will be sure to do so on my next visit.
A 10+ on my scale.

The hotel is within the City of Toronto but its park setting makes you forget all that.
The staff are great and the rooms comfortable. The restaurants are very good and there are lots of other eating establishments nearby.
We use this as a "get away" location and really enjoy it.

We stayed at the Westin Prince while my father was recovering from surgery at a nearby hospital. It was our home away from home, and the staff could not have impressed me more. The only thing that could have made our stay better would be an indoor pool. Jennifer at the front desk and George in the dining room deserve a special mention for outstanding service. Thanks!

I was so disapponted with our return to the Prince Hotel. We were given room 508, a very dark room with little natural light. I noticed dishes in the corridor on Saturday am. They were still there on Sunday. Our room was never made up, we asked gor mire coffee creams and they were literally tossed in our room. I could tell you more.

The Prince offers quiet and very comfortable accomodations if you need to be in North York for business or pleasure. Rooms are recently refurbished and provide spacious, comfortable accomodations. Workout facilities are very good. Hotel restaurant is fairly priced, offering a nice breakfast buffet selection. Parking is steep at $12 for a suburban location.
