Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the bellman and valet attendant. Hotel is very close to car rental return locations.
Room was spacious and relatively quiet for being near the airport.

I have stayed at this property several times, and it is always a very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, and the location near the airport and my office could not be more convenient.

Dissapointed that I didn't recieve free wireless Internet collection or a free late checkout, later than 1:00 pm anyway . Unanswered e-mail question to General Manager, was a surprise also.

On a recent stay the room and staff were fine, but the internet connection in the room was terrible in the evening (somewhat better the next morning) and the coffee pot did not work at all.

Perhaps the most tired and run down property in the SPG network. This is a heavily trafficked hotel in need of a date with a designer.
However, parking staff was excellent and very fast.

Loved the hotel... However, charging for internet at this stage of where every other hotel is at is a joke. I personally would stay at other properties based on this inconvenience alone.

The staff made sure everything ran smoothly at the Westin LAX. They were very friendly, professional and helpful! The workout room could be better but everything else was great.

I prefer to stay at this hotel whenever I am in Los Angeles. Friendly staff, nicely furnished rooms, excellent restaurant and very convenient to LAX for those early morning flights.

I enjoy staying here every 3 weeks when I'm in LA for business meetings. The check-in process is efficient and pleasant. I rarely have anything to complain about when I do stay here.

Good restaurant for vegans. Rooms need some updating, however. Although free WIFI available in restaurant and lobby, it would be appreciated for entire hotel.

Out of kids crayons & bath toys. Asked for bag to shower with my cast took an hour for delivery of one plastic bag. Live this Westin will come again but this was not my best stay.

Arrived after 24 hours of traveling. Got a room a bit early - well needed. A little walk and use of the dining room, had a great night;s sleep. My third stay and 5 stars as always.

Good for what I needed. Comfy bed. Parking is $25 a day with in and out, but I didn't get my pass, so got stuck in the garage...not a big deal once someone answered the intercom.

When I pass through Los Angeles in regard to my travels I choose to stay at Westin Los Angeles Airport. However, this last stay was disappointing. The telephone didn't work so I was unable to call the front desk. I called with my cell phone and requested a wake-up call that never occurred. I also informed them the telephone wasn't working as well as the t.v.. The t.v. seemed to freeze when I requested a feature. I turned off the t.v. and after it was turned on it seemed to work just fine. When I parked the rental car out front so I could check-in an individual seemed a little pushy in regard to wanting my keys. I felt his presentation was poor but maybe I'm just a little sensitive. The individual who requested to have my keys asked if we wanted our bags taken to the room. I stated, "yes." However, no one every came to help with the bags so my family and myself got our own cart and loaded our bags. As we entered the hotel a staff person indicated he would take it from there and he was very friendly and informative. Basically, I'm stating that usually I have a good stay at this location but this time I was disappointed!

This is a very good hotel conveniently located to LAX. My only dissappointment was that there is a steep charge for Internet access. It's best to bring your own hotspot device.

The rooms are very tired and smell old. The phone beside the bed did not work. Everything is nickle and dimed. The internet, the business center, the parking all extra charges

The room was a bit beaten up; furniture broken, light fixtures not functional, but the bed was good.
The Daily Grill restaurant had good food, but the service was terrible.

I attended a group business seminar on March 12 and 13. The staff at all levels provided exemplary customer service - in particular, at the lobby bar area. The manager and team went out of their way to cater to my needs, as the area was quite busy. The only 'glitch' was at check-in and at no fault with the person who checked me in. I joined the group program late as a result of being notified 1.5 weeks prior to the event (Ali Brown Elevate) - thus, making my reservation at the hotel within a week of arrival. The representative of Ali Brown attempted to obtain the $139.00/night group rate for me - the hotel group coordinator would not allow it. When I checked in, the front desk representative also attemped to provide - however, the person in sales/catering would not allow it - due to my 'late' registration. I thought it was ridiculous, as the hotel was definitely available. The only reason it was a late reservation was due to my joining the Ali Brown Elevate program several weeks prior to the event, and did not know about any deadlines. Instead, I was assessed a $169.00/night rate. Not a huge deal - but, worth mentioning.

Location is the main reason to stay here. We had a flight to catch and it was convenient to LAX. Not overwhelmed or underwhelmed in any way. Pretty average place.

Much of the furniture and carpeting is stained and should be replaced. This was especially apparent in the rooms. Wi-Fi access was poor and inconsistent.
