Rated 4 out of 5 by kahunaprof very convenient
Overall the hotel was very nice with great access to the parks. There were alot of food and beverage options. the only issue was that the wireless internet did not work in my room and from talking to the staff, this is the norm and they know about it for a long time. However they did take off my resort charge fee because of that.

Great location! Really nice grounds. But, rooms need renovation, kind of worn looking, old. First room we checked into had a terrible mildew/moldy smell, had to be moved to another room, which was better smelling.

My family and I had an amazing stay at the WDW Swan. Our suite was perfect for our family and the staff was extremely accommodating and courteous. So nice being able to hop on the bus or boat to get to the parks!
Being right next to the boardwalk was great too!
We can't wait to go back:)

Rated 5 out of 5 by Dave84 Overnight stay at the Walt Disney World Swan
My wife and I decided we needed a day at Disney. In checking availability of rooms, the Swan was available to book on very short notice (less than one day). Upon arrvial 1250 pm, we were afford a room upgrade without the use of Starwoods points. Very appealing. Thank you The staff is always friendly and helpful

Rated 2 out of 5 by Cass2012 I did not get the attention I expected
I stayed at the hotel as a Gartner employee during the conbference last week. I am also an SPG. When I asked for a late check-out that I absolutely needed because of conference engagements I did not get it. Not a single minute.
By the way, the dim white light in the room corridor and bathroom is absolutely depressing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by michelle2525 Not good for business travelers
Stayed here for a 3-day conference. Not well-suited for business travelers. They tack on a mandatory resort package fee for internet usage and 2 bottles of water whether you use them or not. Food was mediocre. Food service at the conference meals was not great. They often ran out of water, coffee, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PaulQ Great Stay
Was very pleased with the hotel, location, services and proximity to Theme Parks. As an SPG member did receive a very nice room with resort view which was outstanding. Only complaint was you had to pay for access to WiFi. Free WiFi is offered today in majority of hotels. Hope to see that changed in the near future.

Overall, I would say that my stay was average/good. The reason for this is due to the lack of response on my shower's inability to drain properly. I left a note for housekeeping and it wasn't dealt with until my last night there.

Rated 3 out of 5 by RN2013 This hotel is overpriced
I was disappointed in this property for the following reasons:
1. Room was to small- bathroom door hit the toilet.
2. Room service and meals were too expensive.( gratuity and taxes)
3. Booked room and was told we could see fireworks of Epcot from our balcony and could not!

Rated 4 out of 5 by bambam good hotel
the Hotel is very nice, rooms are clean and confortable but for breakfast the lines in the buffet are way too long, other options are bad, no selection, cold sanwiches, no good cereal no options and we didn't want to spend 1/2 hr to 1 hr in line for breakfast and also the price for breakfast is very expensive

Rated 2 out of 5 by smittys7 Room was wet and smelled of mildew.
The staff was great. The service was great. However, we paid a lot of money to stay in a room that was very damp and smelled of mildew. Very disappointing and uncomfortable. We asked to be changed out of the first room we were given, only to find that the second room wasn't any better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by malexg A comfortable place to rest from the parks
I enjoyed the hotel very much. The only two things I did not like is that the staff entered my room while we were away eventhough the privacy sign was up and then made the beds without changing the sheets. Second, I am having trouble with the charges on my credit card statements that do not match receipts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BeckyR Comfortable and upscale!
My family enjoyed every aspect of the Swan-Dolphin Resort, from the comfortable rooms, to the beautiful large pool and the friendly staff. This is not a kid-centered facility, however our 5 kids, ages 4-12, were thrilled, especially since we could see some of the fireworks from our room!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Irish12 Great Location / Amenities
My wife and I spent our Anniversary at the Swan. The proximity to Disney Parks was great. Very convenient to the Boardwalk resort as well. Nice view of Tower of Terror. The bedding was very comfortable. The food and service at the Bluezoo Lounge was incredible. A great place to celebrate an anniversary.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Comaaz Location, Location, Location!
The proximity and ease of reaching the various Disney parks is great!
The lobby welcomes you in the style that a Westin customer is accustomed to. The textures, colors and lighting work together to create an ambiance that welcomes and calms the frenzy outside.
the decor on the floors feels somewhat dated as does the room decor. While designed by renound architect Michael Graves, it is evident that was in the 1990s.
The biggest drawback to the room was the complete lack of convenient outlets for laptops, cameras, phones.
The room was very clean, and the majority of the staff was exemplerary. From a staff standpoint we had only one hiccup. Apparently the valet shift changed just afterwe brought our ticket to get our car. He left and told no one that we were waiting for it. After 25 minutes... I inquired and they brought it immediately and apologized. That was ONE exception in an otherwise perfect experience.
I will stay here on future visits, and would still recommend the hotel.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Paul44 Clean, friendly, but needs updating
This hotel feels a little tired now, and the rooms in particular could do with a bit of a makeover. Also, the rate that I paid was quite high and the food was not great. On the positive side the staff are friendly and it is very clean.

I am a buisness owner in need of utilizing computer service.I found the use of the Buisness Center very expensive no one there to ask questions the use of these services should be free of charge.
the parking on the hotel I found very expensive. The rooms are expensive enough parking should also be free

Rated 4 out of 5 by Gattopino A Good Choice!
I had a nice welcome as Platinum guest and I was upgraded in a wonderful suite.
Room was very clean.
Only one downside in my opinion: breakfast. As a Westin hotel I was expecting more choices but I do understand that half of the customers of this hotel are kids.
Overall a very good experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by kakalina loved having a balcony
We could step out and sit and enjoy the view whenever we wanted. There were 4 of us with a resort view with balcony. also loved having the two areas for getting ready. 2 sinks and mirrors. The refrigerator did not seem to cool that well and was very small but other than that everything was perfect.

The room smells like mold and needs updating. The whole building felt under repair. There was a dehumidifier outside my door when I first checked in.
The gym and pool areas were a pleasant surprise.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jro325 perfect location
this hotel is perfectly located for your Disney vacation. It is within walking distance of Hollywood Studios and Epcot. The hotel itself has many dinning options and activities if you choose to stay on property only. The grounds were perfectly groomed and there were many walking trails to explore.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Swanandperfect Best of the Best Disney Hotel
We love the Swan and Dolphin. It is our "go to" hotel whenever we are in Orlando. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. We are always treated like kings there. As a matter of fact we have two additional rooms reserved for Dec 27-29. Twice in one month doesn't get any better than that!!

We stayed at the Swan on our Honeymoon, we brought our 2 year old with us. The staff were great! Sent us a card and Champers to our room. It was so kid friendly but kept the standard that one would expect as an adult. All that you need was at hand, and if not the staff were there to assist!

Spent 4 days there at the end of November. Great pools. Our 3 yr loved everything. Disney transportation was great. Boat rides were fun. Parked first thing in the morning and then stayed late the final day at no extra charge. Lemonade at front desk was a nice touch!
Wifi a little weak.
