I am a Disney Vacation Club member and used to those type of accomodations. This was a short notice visit and could not find room in the Vacation Club inventory. The SWAN met and exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Staff went out their way to please you,if u go with kids no micro to warm up the milk
even the cheapest hotels got micro.Also the mandatory package charging u for services that u don't use n charging parking
so if u take 2 rooms that's doubled the charge.

I paid extra for a balcony. The room we had was near the elevator and had no view. I emailed the manager to ask if we could move and never heard back from her. This is after she sent me a personal email....
Spa did not have much water in it, way too low.

The hotel was so nice and it smelled like hot chocolate. The room was beautiful and clean. Every time I needed something or spoke to a rep, they always thanked me for being a platinum member and they would call to follow-up. It was awesome.

Great location for a trip to Disney. Great staff and food choices. That being said, the rooms are somewhat dated, though well maintained. Also, the rooms were not as clean as they should have been although I will admit to having a extremely critical eye.

I was very excited to stay at the Swan but that excitement disappeared quickly. My roommate (we are work colleagues) and I checked in and went to our room. Since we had booked two queens we were very surprised to see only one bed. After lengthy discussions with the front desk we were told that even though we reserved that, they were booked and didn't have anything else. One point of note was that we got our room at around noon and others that checked-in after us got the two queens. We were told that we "could have a free roll-a-way, something we normally charge $25 for". Since we had no choice, we agreed to that. When we returned from dinner at 9PM it still had not arrived. Additionally the internet that is part of the resort package was extremely weak and unusable. I am a raving fan of all things Disney and this resort does not reflect their extremely high customer service standards. I even had a hotel employee bump into me in a hallway (purely by accident) but he did not even look up to apologize or say anything. So disappointing.

This resort is outstanding with many actiities for adults and children. The proximity to the Disney parks, combined with the incredible staff make this a wonderful place for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation. We will defiinitely return to this property.

From the moment you get out of your car you realize you are in a very special place. The staff is exceptional and the conditions are more than great. The Support the Troops Campaign was a wonderful touch. We absolutely loved this stay.

We were there to celebrate my cousin's college graduation and the accommodations were wonderful! We were fortunate enough to have a "theme park view" and a balcony, which was much appreciated. The hotel is always a great stay every time we come here!

I love the Swan. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food in Il Mulina is great. The rooms are lovely, and the location is perfect.
Only one caveat: It seems that with every day of the stay there are less towels and wash cloths. I don't know why.

Overall, I had a very good experience during my stay at the Swan. Various amenities; great location with lots to do for all guests-from yound children to seniors. Staff professional, courteous and friendly. Would stay again, and recommend to friends.

If you want to sit on pool deck furniture and read a book, forget it, lay or sit on the very nice green grass. Pool chairs and lounges are the worst I have ever seen in my 65 years of relaxing anywhere. Bring a mattress or LL Bean foam camping gear.

The hotel & it's facilities were great~ especially for kids! Loved the restaurants at the hotel. The only negative was waiting on the housekeeping staff for clean sheets on two different occasions. We had to call multiple times before someone came.

From the time my partner and I arrived on site, the staff was very attentive and continually exceeded our expectations. The combination of the staff, great location, and great hotel has sold us as our choice hotel when visting Walt Disney World.

A great hotel to stay at and get the Disney experience. Love being able to walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, The boardwalk was also a great evening activity. Will stay again. My daughter enjoyed the Mandarin Spa.

My sister and I just returned from an amazing week at The Swan! We couldn't have asked for better birthdays. The excellence started at check in with Bianca. She was cheerful and smiley and helpful in any way possible. She provided my sister and I with Birthday drink cards and made check in easier than ever imagined. The girls at Java ( Madeleine, Naza, and Maria ) recognized me every morning and were a delight to interact with while waiting for my morning coffee. Rhonda and James at Blue Zoo had an impeccable attention to detail while relaxed and efficient. Blue Zoo was elegant without being stuffy. Rhonda recognized our birthdays, provided us with a Happy Birthday dessert, and took several pictures of the occasion. The Mandara Spa is a must. Denise, Cecilia, and Carl helped out our aching legs after running a 5k that morning. The spa has beautiful decor and a great place for relaxation. The decor of the hotel was upscale yet still relaxed. Loved the bed!!! Housekeeping was always friendly and pleasant and paid close attention to our needs. My family will definitely return....hopefully soon! Thank you again for an amazing week!

transportation to the magic kingdom needs to be improved. buses were over 20 minutes apart and always very crowed because the Swan is the last pick up stop. this is a show stopper for me as we wasted 30-40 min everyday to get to the park

We booked this hotel because of the proximity to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Travel was pretty convenient to Animal and Magic Kingdom. We dined at Il Mulino, food was great as was the service. Overall it was a good experience.

This hotel feels a little tired now, and the rooms in particular could do with a bit of a makeover. Also, the rate that I paid was quite high and the food was not great. On the positive side the staff are friendly and it is very clean.

The rooms were small and not up to date. Broken hair dryer and patching in the bathroom. Too much money for too little. Meals extremely overpriced for families. Highlight was the breakfast in the Garden room.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and this is the worst. The room had a musty mold smell all week. Every morning I woke up with a sore throat. The facilities in and around the hotel are great. The staff is also very friendly.

Hotel has very good amenities from the pool, fitness facilities and restaurants. The hotel hallways and bathrooms need to be updated. Given the daily rate of the hotel, it would be nice to have a spotless bathroom when checking in.

Once we got checked in, we were pleasantly surprised to see that nearly everything within the Walt Disney World Resort was within walking distance, or at the very least a short Bus trip. Really enjoy our stay, and will return again.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Good restaurants on site. Easy transportation to Disney parks and easy walking to Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Boardwalk. Depending on room location, Magic Kingdom & Epcot fireworks visible from many rooms.

All staff I came in contact with went out of their way to go above and beyond. I had a beautiful view of a charming piazza and waterway beyond. Il Mullino had great food and Mauricio (sp ?) was a dynamite server. A memorable stay!

We booked a balcony resort/garden view. The room was perfect and everyone was Disney friendly. I would recommend the Swan and when we return, it will be at the Swan. If SPG recognition matters to you, avoid the G/P preferred line.

Overall, I would say that my stay was average/good. The reason for this is due to the lack of response on my shower's inability to drain properly. I left a note for housekeeping and it wasn't dealt with until my last night there.

I stayed at the Swan for 3 days of training. It is a nice facfility. The hallways and room doors were dated and bland. The king room was sufficient, but not fancy. There are several restaurants and the Boardwalk is near by.
