I would like to thank Mrs. Hattie she was helpful from the moment I spoke to her prior to my stay. The concigere was awesome helped me schedule some special arrangements for my anniversary etc. the massage and chocolates were awesome. I could go on for days this was a really great anniversary one I will always remember. I will be back... Thanks Again :)

I felt like I was entering into a highway motel. There must have been a dozen pamphlets for chinese, mexican, pizza on the floor when I opened the door. Not what you would expect from a starwood hotel. The TV and phone by the bed didn't work initially. They did when the service guy came and plugged them in. Really.... Is it the guests responsibility to move furniture and check to see if things are plugged in appropriately? Very restful stay in the always comfortable starwood bed. Left the room at 6AM the next morning and must have waited 10' for someone at the front dest to appear.... They never did. I am a huge Strawood property advocate and have never written a review before. BTW the next night I stayed at another starwood property in close proximity and spoke with a guest there who said the exact same thing about Westin Perimeter. This other starwood experience was a delight. I work in the service industry. I would want to know.

We had to make 3 phone calls and 2 visits to the front desk before we had 2 extra pillows delivered to the room. This was over a 2-day period.

As I began to get ready in the morning I found the state of the room... disturbing. There was mildew in the shower old floss wrapped around the sink faucet and stray hairs stuck to the shower wall and shower grip bars.
The worst part, realizing that the bed i just slept in had stained sheets.
I'll never go back.

Because of weather back home in philadelphia, we stayed for 7 nights in what is called a living room suite. Suite needs lots of work for personal comfort, badly needs at least one more mirror, full length, only mirror is in bathroom. shower needs some grab bars and somewhere to put down shampoo and other amenities used in the shower. never had placard for breakfast to hang on door for room service, on last night called 3 times to get one and could have gotten it myself faster. we were there for a family weekend and staff behing desk had no clue what our rate was supposed to be. need a chair in the bedroom, had to ask for one. the suite we were in needs a lot of work to bring it up to suite standard! food staff in the restaurant was wonderful, very friendly and eager to help. buffet breakfast was very good and varied. room service was too expensive for what it was. I would stay there again but unless suites are upgraded, would stay in a room instead.

This Westin needs improvement. Wallpaper coming off the wall, A/C wouldn't cool the room down, uncomfortable bed, lounge chair with flattened cushions, thin quality towels, and one bath towel that was ripped and tattered. I'm just glad it was for only one night.

Very unhappy with stay. This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel and it was a 2+ at best. The rooms are very old worn out and because of that appear not clean. Upon getting off the elevator the carpet in the halls was loose and coming up and wrinkled and the same in my room. I normally love Westins this was unacceptable.

Very disappointed in my stay at this Westin. The staff was very good - it was the rooms. The chaise lounge in our room had a stain on the cushion that was immediately noticeable. The room was missing a full length mirror. The pillows were hard and there was not a robe. This was not typical for my experience at Westin hotels.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The location is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I love the sense of restfulness when there. I rated the cleanliness a 3-star this time. Although I left the room before noon, I did not get my room cleaned. I did report this, and the hotel did remedy the situation.

The Westin was the last stop on our four state tour of the south and I am glad we saved the best for last. From the moment we checked in until we left the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was great, and the food in the restaurant was a southern feast. Thank you for making our lat night a night to remember.

I really love this hotel. The staff always does its best to make each guest feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway. I've stayed at this hotel over 40 times, and intend to stay there again soon.

Took a long time for me to get checked in after I was told the room was dirty and just needed to be cleaned. Waited several hours and was able to check in once the desk had a shift change. The 2nd shift was much more polite and took good care of me. 1st shift wasn't friendly at all...never once apologized.

This is a tired property that needs to be refreshed. Meeting facilities are nice. Breakfast buffet just ok. Rooms and bed are tired. Had to ask for towels three times and the were left on bed not in bathroom. No SPG recognition. No robe or slippers.

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the location. Their were so many friendly faces. The housekeepers there did an awesome job each time we greatly appreciate that they was so nice. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Hopefully next year we can come again for a wonderful get away.

This hotel is older... The fitness room is awful and was just junky. The rooms are ok, yet the bathrooms are subpar. The great part was the staff they were fantastic everywhere.

It is not up to Westin standards. There was smell of smoke in my room so they just sent up a spray and said it was all over the hotel and must be in the vents. Everything was outdated- torn sheets, tattered towels, old tile. The staff was courteous but the facility was not up to par.

The hotel was decent for the pay. It was a little below my expectation of how a Westin would look like...Fitness Center was excellent! The TV's were a nice touch to use while working out!
The bellhop was extremely nice to me! He helped with information about the city. Thank you so much!

Our stay at the Westin was very comfortable and relaxing. The staff members were very helpful and courteous -always looking to fulfill our requests with a great attitude. The area around the hotel was very clean and enjoyable.

The staff is ten stars. The facility is only a two star. My room especially the bathroom did not feel clean. The grout was dirty, wallpaper peeling, musty smell. Just not up to Westin standards.

This Hotel was very Hot. The A/C was not working. We had a total of 13 rooms and all of them were hot. No A/C worked. I could not sleep due to the heat. Maybe stay here in the winter time but not the summer.

i love the Westin brand and SPG
I think very highly of them, but my stays at the wesin in Atlata perimeter is not up to par. the carpet is dirty, my bathroom floors had stains on them.. not enough electrical outlets by the bed so you can work on your laptop, ipad, iphone etc..

My children, small dog and I stayed here over the weekend. The hotel is great, the walking path is beautiful, restaurant staff very friendly, front desk helpful, and convenient parking. It is also very close to shopping and great restaurants. This was a perfect place to stay!

Room Furniture is old and out of date. No plugs for electronics that are easy to access. My TV took three calls to the front desk to get fixed. It took two days to get TV. I stayed 2 nights. Not a good experience. The food was very good for hotel food a step above.
