Rated 4 out of 5 by Great staff The staff at this Westin location are exceptional, each one we encountered were gracious and friendly. The room we were assigned was a little tired and worn around the edges. The shower nor sink drained properly. Not sure if it was because we had a pet that our room was not the best, but I commend you for allowing us to bring our dog and at a very reasonable rate. August 25, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice hotel The hotel is lovely and guest rooms quite nice; however, the restaurant had mediocre food, extremely high prices, and awful service. It also disappoints me when hotels charge for wireless internet in the rooms and this one also charges for use of the business center computers (although printing boarding passes is free - had to ask at the front desk to learn that). Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel needs a major renovation This hotel is in need of a major renovation. Everything in the room was awefully old. Curtain had stains. Carpet was in a bad shape. I can go on and on about how old and aweful the room was. The only nice thing about this hotel was their super nice and friendly staff. From doorman to reception and restaurant staff , everybody were so kind and polite and friendly. January 29, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by won't stay again Carpets on 3 rd floor are the worst I have ever seen in a hotel. Smelled like a pool room. The room was alright other than the carpet still damp. Ran out of towels on our second day. Had to call desk for soap and extra wash cloths. No hand towels at all. Trash on lobby floor with bellmen just standing around. No complimentary coffee in lobby. Rated 1 out of 5 by No maid service and heavily dated room/facility During our 4 night stay we received maid service only 1 time eventhough we asked the front desk on three separate occasions to have the room cleaned. The carpet in the hallway is pulling up and needs to be stretched. The heavenly bed did not exist nor did the heavenly bath. For a moderately expensive per night charge the experience was completely disappointing. April 11, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Rooms are not a Westin quality The lobby is nice and the continental breakfast is great with no charge. There is also a health club next door that is unreal and free for Westin guests. I would only stay there again due to the club and breakfast. The rooms are in desperate need of updating, showers have issues draining, thermostats do not work in rooms and all around not very pleasing. May 19, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Pamphlet haven I felt like I was entering into a highway motel. There must have been a dozen pamphlets for chinese, mexican, pizza on the floor when I opened the door. Not what you would expect from a starwood hotel. The TV and phone by the bed didn't work initially. They did when the service guy came and plugged them in. Really.... Is it the guests responsibility to move furniture and check to see if things are plugged in appropriately? Very restful stay in the always comfortable starwood bed. Left the room at 6AM the next morning and must have waited 10' for someone at the front dest to appear.... They never did. I am a huge Strawood property advocate and have never written a review before. BTW the next night I stayed at another starwood property in close proximity and spoke with a guest there who said the exact same thing about Westin Perimeter. This other starwood experience was a delight. I work in the service industry. I would want to know. September 24, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent Staff I would like to thank Mrs. Hattie she was helpful from the moment I spoke to her prior to my stay. The concigere was awesome helped me schedule some special arrangements for my anniversary etc. the massage and chocolates were awesome. I could go on for days this was a really great anniversary one I will always remember. I will be back... Thanks Again :) February 19, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by It was good for the price The hotel was clean, the staff was VERY friendly and professional. It was very busy and very crowded, but the staff did a great job. Minus the IT support of the business center. I tried to use the hotel's iprint system and it did not work. Went to the front desk and they had to call IT, because they did not answer the phone from the business center. July 16, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Best to wait till renovations are complete This hotel would likely be much better when renovations were done. Noisy with construction and on first day in there was no water until mid afternoon. I was surprised at how long it took to get served at lunch and also that there is no refrigerator in the room. Bed was very comfortable, however and facilities next door for fitness are incredible. December 8, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Badly Needs Renovation This hotel is showing its age. I was put in a junior suite that had stained furniture, a noisy and leaky fridge. There were no outlets near the bed except for a cheap extension cord with one available port that had plenty of dirt and grime on it. This hotel also does not have a club level and the workout facility is next door at another facility. July 20, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Short-sheeted my bed I was unhappy with the bedding. Someone used a twin sized flat sheet to cover my queen sized bed. It was disgusting, the mattress was exposed on the side, and the sheet stopped about one foot from the bottom of the bed. I can send pics if you like, been meaning to send them. June 2, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Not to par I travel every week and am an SPG Elite Gold status. The rooms are small and carpet seems old, but not sure if it is. Electrical outlets were hard to find near the bed. Worst, there was hair in my shower and sink. Remember Westin, travelers want to feel they are the first and only ones to stay. Staff were good and breakfast was also good. September 30, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by This hotel needs work Because of weather back home in philadelphia, we stayed for 7 nights in what is called a living room suite. Suite needs lots of work for personal comfort, badly needs at least one more mirror, full length, only mirror is in bathroom. shower needs some grab bars and somewhere to put down shampoo and other amenities used in the shower. never had placard for breakfast to hang on door for room service, on last night called 3 times to get one and could have gotten it myself faster. we were there for a family weekend and staff behing desk had no clue what our rate was supposed to be. need a chair in the bedroom, had to ask for one. the suite we were in needs a lot of work to bring it up to suite standard! food staff in the restaurant was wonderful, very friendly and eager to help. buffet breakfast was very good and varied. room service was too expensive for what it was. I would stay there again but unless suites are upgraded, would stay in a room instead. November 6, 2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed The lobby area is decent but the bar furniture is old and disgusting. The elevators and hallways are hot and muggy. Our first room was so stuffy we had to move at 12:30am. We had to ask more than once for our "clean" sheets and towels to be replaced because they had stains on them. Very disappointed with the Westin Perimeter. September 3, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Below Westin Standards Very disappointed in my stay at this Westin. The staff was very good - it was the rooms. The chaise lounge in our room had a stain on the cushion that was immediately noticeable. The room was missing a full length mirror. The pillows were hard and there was not a robe. This was not typical for my experience at Westin hotels. February 4, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Always a Pleasure I have stayed at this hotel many times. The location is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I love the sense of restfulness when there. I rated the cleanliness a 3-star this time. Although I left the room before noon, I did not get my room cleaned. I did report this, and the hotel did remedy the situation. October 19, 2012

They do a great job of accommodating large and small requests. This is a great property. I look forward to the room and common space renovations. September 20, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not good hotel Very unhappy with stay. This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel and it was a 2+ at best. The rooms are very old worn out and because of that appear not clean. Upon getting off the elevator the carpet in the halls was loose and coming up and wrinkled and the same in my room. I normally love Westins this was unacceptable. May 14, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Disheartening As I began to get ready in the morning I found the state of the room... disturbing. There was mildew in the shower old floss wrapped around the sink faucet and stray hairs stuck to the shower wall and shower grip bars. The worst part, realizing that the bed i just slept in had stained sheets. I'll never go back. July 18, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Southern Tour Finale The Westin was the last stop on our four state tour of the south and I am glad we saved the best for last. From the moment we checked in until we left the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was great, and the food in the restaurant was a southern feast. The staff was accommodating, friendly and in the lounge restaurant the evening associates with as good as they come. It is clear the hotel is under renovation and they did a good job sharing what we can expect next. In addition, when I had a need it was immediately addressed. March 24, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not now due to Renovation Normally a great experience here, but they are undergoing a renovation project. It was loud during our meetings and throughout or stay. The food was not up to usual standards either. The staff did their best. Normally I would highly recommend staying here but not at present. May 2, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by hotel needs a serious facelift Hotel was not very clean or new. The table in the room was coming apart, the chair in my room was filthy. I would never recommend or stay here again. I'm shocked westin has there name on this hotel. The young man who checked me in was excellent. His service for me and my wife was the highlight of our stay! August 13, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by A little disappointed Took a long time for me to get checked in after I was told the room was dirty and just needed to be cleaned. Waited several hours and was able to check in once the desk had a shift change. The 2nd shift was much more polite and took good care of me. 1st shift wasn't friendly at all...never once apologized.
