Room Furniture is old and out of date. No plugs for electronics that are easy to access. My TV took three calls to the front desk to get fixed. It took two days to get TV. I stayed 2 nights. Not a good experience. The food was very good for hotel food a step above.

I stay at this hotel every month on trips to Atlanta. The rooms are a little tired, but overall this hotel is repeatedly strong in terms of service and overall value. The food is good and the Concourse Athletic Club next door is fantastic.

The hotel stay was well worth it because of the courteous, and personable staff. They truly go out of the way to ensure your comfort. The food was MAGNIFICENT!
The room was clean, but I would have loved access to microwave--other than that, it was an great stay.

My wife, dog, and I stayed here for 2 nights b/c we were moving to the area. We had stayed a month earlier on our house hunting trip. After an 8 hour drive, it was nice to be met by a welcoming front desk staff. Our request for extra pillows was quickly met.

I enjoyed my stay, but no microwave or refrigerator in the room. The staff and restaurant more than exceeded my expectations and helped me forget about the 2 things I mentioned above;)

Although this hotel has a few peculiarities I am always impressed by the level of excellence in the service staff. They are pleasant, helpful, and quick to respond.
Beyond that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the food good and amenities are nice.

rooms are grubby and tired - i moved room as the original was so noisy - i was downgraded without explaination or apology - bar was so understaffed I could not get served on two consecutive occasions - property left in my original room was not returned

My stay was nice the corner king room are spacious but I had a fifthly bathroom with hair on the floor & in bathtub. The problem was taken care of but I didn't think that a hotel with a big name like the Westin would have a problem of that nature.

Bedrooms are dark and chairs are stained
Walls in room are very thin can hear TV and conversation in other room.
Need to put all of conference attendees on same floor because of same schedule and won't have to put up with noise from other rooms.

I was only in town for one night so did not get to use all of the facilities. The front desk staff was very pleasant at check in and helpful through my stay. Derrick was my shuttle driver who not only picked me up from the Medical Center but also took me to the store later. He was exceptionally pleasant and funny. Having been in the hotel industry for the past 15 years, I can assure you that if I had a hotel near yours I would be trying to steal him from you. I also had one of the best cheeseburgers ever at Jasmine's Lounge.
I would say my only disappointments were the minimum $3.00 charge for the business center computer use. I had only one page to print out which I needed but it certainly was not a $3.00 piece of paper. The other was though you list an "airport shuttle, Limited" on their website, you do not actually have an airport shuttle. I was told I had to take the MARTA train to the Medical Center stop where they will pick you up from. If you don't actually go to the airport, then don't advertise an airport shuttle. Very misleading.

The hotel was not up to part according to its reviews&standards.The rooms were small,had request microwave & refrigerator still did not receive it.Had to pay additional fee for wifi.Just not the best stay I have had...wont stay there again!

The arrival experience was great. I was immediately greeted, checked in promptly with a smile. The ambience in the lobby was great and the food in the restaurant very tasty. The service from everyone was more than cordial - it was delightful.

Great ambiance in the hotel entrance and lounge.
My question is why not give an option to close curtains that block out the light. The lights from the city were on at midnight and I could not sleep!

Various staff were unclear/unsure how to get me to the airport. Different answers and cost/time estimates each time I asked, They refused to call a cab and offered only a very expensive limo service or a drop off at the train station.

I did enjoy my stay at the Westin because of a few staff members that do the little things right. Kris, the beverage hostess, was very pleasant and accommodating. You could tell she loved her job and the company she worked for.

We were staying at the hotel for a wedding event. The staff was great and we enjoyed the room and views very much. Lovely property.
Lillie in the bar was excellent....she really took care of us and made us feel very welcome.

Hotel rooms had cigarette smoke in it. I changed rooms same night and the second room had hair in the bathtub and shower. Toilet had urine scum on back of seat, and desk chair had ketchup stains on it. Terrible experience!

I was able to relax here after long days of work. Usually, I am at this Westin location on weekend getaways. This time, I was there on business. The comfy bed and especially the Westin showerheads were what I needed.

In general hotel is clean, employee with great clean appearance, but the service at the lobby bar was poor, specially the Thursday night 2/28. On the other hand, the service at the breakfast buffet is very good.

I still stay at this hotel on each of my trips to Atlanta. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. My "below expectation" is for the pool, which is not heated.....

The lobby area appears fine in this hotel. When you get onto the hotel room floors the carpet is worn and dirty. The room furniture is old and in some cases stained. It is in serious need for a renovation.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. It is close to offices, dining and shopping. Also short distance from many attractions. The room needs some updating especially electric outlets and general space/layout.

Had xlnt evening meals in the restaurant; breakfast wasn't so great with instant eggs. Room furnishings are old and worn, but comfy Westin bed. Location is a little isolated if you don't have a car.

I stay here quite often and like its convenience, friendly staff and super breakfast. The exercise room is small but functional but I was very disappointing that both exercise bikes did not work

I was in Atlanta for one day on business and there were 4 employees that I came into contact with often and they were great. Any questions I had, they answered and helped me in such a nice way.

Everything with the room was fine except the bed. It felt like around the edge when I would sit on it was a metal ring. The matress sunk in while I was sleeping on it without much support.
