The clerk checking me in was arrogant and condescending. The room was old and smelled of disinfectant or bug spray. The hotel bar automatically put on a service charge and asked for a gratuity as well. This hotel needs a thorough upgrade in both facitlites and staff. Definitely not recommended.

The room: nice amenities and clean (missing remote control and laundry bag)
The hotel foyer/lobby: smelled great and was spacious (a little loud by the Starbucks)
The staff: helpful & friendly from Luggage Assistance to Front Desk
Other: great fitness facility and useful Gift Shop

Staff was attentive, the rooms were clean, While the hotel was busy, a good stay. The only negative was an event of some sort, and when the event was over, and the attendess returned to their rooms, they were VERY load, screaming, slamming doors. - between 1:30 ans 3 AM. Not the hotels' fault

This hotel is the best Westin property I have used so far. The atmosphere, the staff, the facility, everything was perfect.
My family had a great time at the pool and the gym. The hotel was located smack in the middle of everything downtown Atlanta have to offer.
No question we will be back

Hotel and staff were excellent. However, I felt isolated from the world without any national/world news. Recieved only CNN (liberal slant) and local news. I would prefer to see both sides of a story. So if we could get some Fox News into the selection my stay would have been perfect.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and offers the most beautiful views. The staff however was terrible. From the time of checkin to checkout I experienced nothing but issues. This hotel appeared to be very unorganized. You have to take multiple elevators to get to your destination and no one guides you there. When I checked in, there were dirty pool towels on the bed and in the closet. I called the front desk and the girl simply said "put them outside your door". The next day when I returned to my room, I noticed that no one cleaned the glasses we had drank from the night before. In addition, there were no robes in our room as described on the website for the Premium Deluxe Room. We also noticed that housekeeping did not change out our sheets either day when they cleaned. We knew this because of a small stain in the bottom corner of the sheets. Then when we checked out, we were billed $64 for two days of valet that was never disclosed. Really made me regret tipping the valet. Overall the facility is amazing. To sum it up this is a 4 star facility with staff that offer 1 star guest relations.

The elevators kept breaking down and one morning we waited 20 minutes for an elevator. My room was not serviced by housekeeping which was a disappointment. No elevator down to the cab level...had to balance bags on escalator. Food at the conference and in the upscale restaurant was average.

The hotel has comfortable, updated rooms. I'm annoyed that my heater blew out cold air and had to be fixed 3 separate times. My phone stopped working so I had to go to the elevator bay to order room service and have them come up to fix the phone. Little stuff, but over one stay, it adds up

Enjoyed the stay. Room was small but clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Chairs were not. Thermostat had issues so first night was chilly. Beautiful view from 47th looking SW. Paying for WIFI in room not cool and high charge for guest parking daily not mentioned prior to booking.

My wife and I were spending an "anniversary" of ours and everything was top shelf.
The front desk moved me to a higher floor, what a view!, and sent us a bottle of wine just because I mentioned the anniversary.
Will visit again...Love it!

I found it hard to get around the hotel and the conference center. Was very disappointed in the internet access. I paid $14.95 for service that I bearly received- kept cutting off in the room and was not available in the meeting rooms which hindered my ability to access needed documents.

I was put in a room that had no hot water and was forced to shower in another room (8 floors) that had recently been vacated. However, it had not been cleaned prior to me using it!!
On the positive side, the service staff that looked in to the issue were very friendly and helpful.

What a great two night stay at the Westin Peachtree Plaza! My room was spotless, beds were delightful, and the air conditioning nice and chilled. I had a problem with the room rate I was charged, but the front desk clerk took care of it promptly!

Loved being able to see fireworks shows from all points in city while having dinner at SunDial. Would have preferred to have a tub in the bath instead of just a shower - or at least a bench built in. The current arrangement was clearly designed by someone who doesn't shave their legs.

Amazing building, Standard Westin quality bed (meaning awesome), food during conference was very good. Unfortunately my room was across from ice machine which crashed ice throughout the night. No door on ice maker room means stuffing towels around door to lessen the noise somewhat.

Sleeping rooms were good and gym re very good. Bathrooms small but nice. Meeting facilities need a full makeover. Carpets and walls were old, wore and out of date. Heating/cooling and phone systems also need upgrade. Staff excellent, helpful and friendly. Meeting food very good.

I was extremely impressed with the condition of the hotel and rooms. It was clean, comfortable, decorated beautifully! I was also very impressed that you can "rent" work out clothes - what a concept!!!
Highly recommend The Westin in Atlanta. The upgrades make all the difference.

I came in town very late to the point I really should have had to wait for check-in, however management saw that I was able to check-in on my original reservation. The staff was kind and professional throughout my stay. I would recommend that everyone stays there when in Atlanta1

Your hotel charges a fee for just about everything. You do not offer free WiFi or parking. If I am staying at your hotel, these services should be free. The fees you charged for services, that should have been complimentary, are outrageous. I will never stay at your hotel again.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at this Westin. I prefer to stay at SPG properties when I can. Only downside was even though the property did not seem to be very full my room was right across from two service elevators which made my stay quiet noisy at all times of the day/night.

The hotel was great, the room, service and overall experience exceeded my expectations. The manager J. Kong listened to my concerns from a previous stay and addressed them, his attention to detail and care was very much appreciated.

We booked our two double bed room a week earlier well we called for a late check in for our room because my daughter had to stay late for vocal recording so guest services said it was ok they would hold our room, Well? We get to the front desk and the man says they booked our room out and there is nothing he could do about it? We ended up getting one bed and we did'nt even get to sleep on it! The 52nd floor was so noisey you could here everything form the hallway to outside. Oh the parking which is owned by another party atleast that was what I was told? It was fullI so I had to pay $29 for valet parking on top of the room cost. My room was purchased with breakfast but they said it was'nt when I checked in? I would not stay in that hotel for free! Sorry to be so straight forward but I will do everything in my power to help everyone I know from going through what we endured through that stay thank you for reading and I hope you take my review seriously! Your restaurant/Bar needs to have food later than 11:00! Once we tried to order room service, they said it would take 1 1/2 hours! Simply no reason for this if you had food available in the lobby/restaurant!

Hotel was nice, but check in line was extremely slow. There were about 20 people in line with 3 people working. There were several terminals with no one working them. Rooms were very clean, but bathroom is fairly small. Overall, nice hotel with good views from upper floors.

This was my first time at a Westin Hotel and especially traveling into Atlanta. The staff was pleasant and always around. Every corner someone was always standing there to help direct you somewhere or just say hello. My room was comfortable, I choose to "be green" and not have them clean my room every day so I was awarded $5 voucher to use at their restaurants or stores within the hotel. This of course was helpful. The workout facility was wonderful and accessible. The view from my room was amazing. The only downside to my stay was the cost of breakfast. It was $15 dollars for the continental breakfast which was your basic bagels, eggs, biscuits, oatmeal etc. Unfortunately my eggs were cold the biscuits were hard and the oatmeal was bland even with cinnamon and three packs of sugar. The fresh fruit was the best part of it, but for $15 dollars it was not worth it. The hotel should work to improve this or change its cost. Oh I was eating breakfast around 730 am, so very early. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

The views are beautiful but the rooms are small. The customer service is hit or miss and I experienced several misses in regards to room and valet service. They claim to be a pet friendly establishment with a level specifically for guests with pets but my experience was not pleasant. We checked in with my shih tzu, Leo Bentley, paid the pet fee, and had the Heavenly Pet Bed sent up to our room. We later found out that we were not placed on the pet level when Security came regarding complaints about barking. We have a 2 year old small dog that doesn't bark a whole lot but will bark on occasion, such as loud noises by the door. I mean what normal dog doesn't bark?! We were harassed by security and basically accused of sneaking the dog in because we were not on the pet level! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with a pet. I also believe that you could probably find more spacious and nicer lodging elsewhere for the amount of money spent here daily. I will not give my patronage to The Westin Hotel or Starwood Brand in the future!

60 minute wait for room service - came cold - chg was $29 for small, cold, soggy pizza
Last night there - ran put of toilet paper, tissue and only one pkg of coffee (decaf)

We always enjoy our stay with you while we are at the Mart. This past time we were a bit upset at the censorship. We always enjoy Fox News and you have eliminated that station. You have five ESPN channels, and two liberal news channels. You should offer news for everyone.
