Rated 5 out of 5 by First Class Customer Service Lydia was amazing!!! funny and very knowledgeable of the city and other directions we needed. 90% of my time is spent traveling and meetings, in/out of hotels. She was the best I've ever experienced. What really caught my attention was check-out time. Another guest was waiting for Lydia to thank her for being helpful and assisting their mom. I was absolutely blown away by all the laughter and hugs and thank you's. Lydia thanks for being genuine, thanks for following-up to ensure I received my hot tea and most of all Westin thank you for allowing me to experience the best!!! (Lydia) May 7, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Never Again This was a horrible place to stay! We were stayed over New years, They did not include breakfast even though it was supposed to be included, they ran out of parking and forced us to valet, and the room noise was awful. Despite being remodelled the bathroom walls had mold on them. I complained to corprate and they did nothing to resolve my concerns. I will never stay with a westin again May 16, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Staff needs improving I was told to come back 3 times when trying to pay for my last night. At check-in I was unsure if we would be staying for the final night but later decided to stay. Every time I tried to pay for it I was told to come back later. This really got to the point of being ridiculous. They did try to make it up by sending a gift basket to the room but I just wish they had done their jobs to begin with. May 13, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Lacking passion to serve Registration employee was having either a bad day or a bad career. Only restaurant in hotel closed by 7 pm, kitchen closed before 8, and employees must have been sent home. A few were wondering around but seemed unsure what to do. There seemed to be no management that cared. Never saw a concierge in 3 days. If you don't want to serve your customers, it can't be profitable to stay open. May 13, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst westin experience Our first room had dirty towels, and bugs in bed. Second room was a total downgrade ( low floor, smelled old) Staff was unfriendly, almost ugly to us. After all, the manager discounted the stay, but she wasnt even trying to be pleasant. May 13, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Hotel is good Everything was good witht the hotel, but i checked in the garage on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. and out on Wed. at 1:30 p.m. and i owed $42 for parking. Since i stayed at the Westin the parking should not have been that much, a little exorbitant. May 13, 2013
