Rated 2 out of 5 by Poor staff and lack of information Reception/check-out staff were uninformative and unfriendly. They provided no information re services. Elevator number 2 should be fixed. I got stuck between the 45 & 46 floor. Put some information in room re guest services -there is absoultely no information. June 10, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not happy Worst hotel experience in a while. Superfluous 1 hr wait at check-in. Room did not have a minibar (just an empty fridge, not stocked). On day 1 housekeeping staff forgot to leave toiletries, on day 3 my room was not made up at all! During the last night I was woken up a 2am by a wild party going on on the same floor, and two guys having a loud conversation in the hallway for about an hour. Restaurant was closed for renovation. Rated 1 out of 5 OVERCHARGED I stayed at this property in April. When looking over my bank statement in June, the property charged me for another stay. I have been trying for two weeks to get this resolved, with very little help from the employees!:( June 16, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Decent hotel, could have better customer service I've stayed here twice for business and have enjoyed my room, view, and the gym. However, both times I've experienced below average customer service. The employees I've found to be unprofessional (front deks/ calling in) and does not deliver quality customer service. I wouldn't stay here again based on the service I've received, especially as a Gold SPG member. June 13, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by A hotel apart from the others I travel frequently for business and personal reasons and rarely have time to write reviews but this Westin stood out from the crowd for several reasons: *Digital saavy - advance email of hotel features, directions, that I could look at over the weekend on MY time. *Consistency - Everything from hotel staff to the room to the amenities was excellent. Rated 3 out of 5 by High Expectations led to Great Disappointment From the unheated "salt-water heated" pool, to the broken ATM (only 1 for the entire hotel, all 1070 some rooms) and the closed Sun Dial restaurant (for renovations), I was extremely disappointed during my visit. We also did not get cleaning service for the entire visit (5 days), which isn't too awful (except that we requested the room be cleaned twice, it didn't happen). We did get clean towels when we asked for them (the second time we asked, not the first). While it is a beautiful hotel, we had an amazing view, the lack of good service made for a very disappointing visit. That said, I would recommend others stay here (when the Sun Dial is open again).
