Reception/check-out staff were uninformative and unfriendly. They provided no information re services.
Elevator number 2 should be fixed. I got stuck between the 45 & 46 floor.
Put some information in room re guest services -there is absoultely no information.

The price of accommodation did not meet my expectations. The restaurant was closed down. Our refrigerator was not clean, nor did it seem to work. Our door for our room did not close all the way and you could see into the hallway. There is no free breakfast offered. I will state that the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel is great. But I would like to state that you can get more for your dollar across the street.

I love Westin hotels. This location, the staff needs work. I don't know if it just because it's in Atlanta or what. Every hotel I've been to the staff does whatever they can to make us feel welcome. Here all they do is tell you what you can't do. It's annoying. I will stay at Westin hotels in the future but maybe not this one if I don't have to.

I was astounded when I took an hour out of my day at the pool that almost resulted in a much longer unwanted break in my day. The pool deck tile is pure slip and slide and it was like walking on ice. I nearly fell twice in the short time there. Who would ever approved the smooth floor tile on a pool deck needs to experience the anxious!

The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. I highly recommand this Hotel.

The cleaning service wasn't appropriate. Only the beds were made. The coffee wasn't replenished and the towels in the bathroom weren't replenished either.

Worst hotel experience in a while.
Superfluous 1 hr wait at check-in. Room did not have a minibar (just an empty fridge, not stocked). On day 1 housekeeping staff forgot to leave toiletries, on day 3 my room was not made up at all! During the last night I was woken up a 2am by a wild party going on on the same floor, and two guys having a loud conversation in the hallway for about an hour.
Restaurant was closed for renovation.
