I recently stayed at this location for pleasure. Overall I was very pleased. I've stayed here in the past (several yrs. ago). I loved the idea of renting gym clothes and saving $5 on the "Go Green" program (name may be wrong for this hotel but not having housekeeping service during your stay). My biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the room/bathroom. I completed a survey and was immediately contacted by the hotel but no action was taken during my stay. I'm sure I'll stay again

Rated 4 out of 5 by JakeKeithman DragonCon stay 2016 - some issues but still very good
I really like this property but had issues with poor staffing on the Thursday evening of DragonCon of manager's desk and the concierge desk. Throw on top of that the paper thin pillows and not cold frig in my room and you see why
I could not give 5 stars everywhere. Bar 210 and The Sundial have good food, staffs and views. I will be back and expecting better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Lindrome Nice rooms, but expensive and lacking in some basic comforts
I do enjoy my stays at the Westin Peachtree in Atlanta for DragonCon. It is an official host hotel giving us convenient access to the Con and to DragonCon TV (closed circuit available only at host hotels). However, The beds are usually on the "wrong" side of the room meaning I'm looking straight at the door all night long. This is made worse by the fact that the door is not at all sound dampening and has bright light coming in all the way around it all night long. For $250+ a night $5 of weather stripping around the door to dampen sound and eliminate the light would be expected. Or re-arrange the rooms so your head is on the inside of the room. This is how most other hotels are. Also for the price I would expect more to be included like WiFi, and more that 3 devices a room for internet as well as breakfast. I know I spent a lot of time on the negatives, but over all we enjoy our stays, these are just annoyances that I would expect to be mitigated for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LUDS Terrific Hotel - But Rooms can be expensive
great hotel, outstanding facility. Stayed there last week on the 64th floor - amazing view. Room was not very big but for one person it was fine. Bed was very comfortable, staff is exceedingly polite, the facility is outstanding.

Rated 1 out of 5 by C2016 Poor Customer Service
In trying to resolve issues regarding the room bill, I have called the hotel accounting office on FOUR separate occasions only to have each called answered by an automated system promising that the call will be returned the next business day. That has yet to happen. I'm not quite sure if all calls are answered in this manner or if the hotel is particularly busy at this time. Regardless on each message I have left detailed information regarding the confirmed pricing and the resulting overcharge with no remedy. I would have preferred to solve this issue without having to write a review but this hotel has been unresponsive.

Rated 1 out of 5 by JB13boo Disappointing
I had to change rooms twice in 5 nights. the AC was broken twice, I did not receive the credit for the dyas of using the Green choice. The line to check out was so long U had to give my Green card to the concierge and leave. Only two people checking out 10 different couples/groups. No place to eat lunch and only one very expensive dining room on the roof for dinner, The was a Starbucks in the lobby which closed at 6PM. this was a bad experience and i will not stay there again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by MSan Nice hotel but...
This is a beautiful hotel. However, I was a participant of a conference and the session rooms were extremely cold. If you want to conserve energy (which the hotel claims is a green hotel) than turn up the temp on the air conditioning. I saw one guest wearing a winter jacket.
