Room was good but it smelled like cigarettes coming threw the ventilation, that's awful!
The food was lousy, taste like hospital food, no taste very bland and my peach cobbler was ice cold.
Otherwise everything else was good.

I stayed at the Westin-Atlanta Airport October 2016, I have to say all of the staff I encountered were professional, warm/friendly and knowledgeable. The shuttle drivers were friendly and professional and made timely, consistent pickups that kept me on my work schedule. The lobby is beautiful and had several restaurant choices from American fare to Southern and both had friendly staff and delicious food. My room was beautiful and spacious (King Suite) which made relaxing after work each day very easy. I would definitely stay at this location again (for work or pleasure).

I must be honest in saying that I was a bit let down by the hotel itself. It was not what I was expecting for a Westin Hotel and Resort. The building was a bit old and the rooms were very average comparing to other hotels of similar cost. However the staff there were excellent. This hotels staff was probably the best of any hotel that I have visited. Without naming some of the grand hotels that I have visited around the country. From the doorman, to the shuttles, check-in staff and concierge were very friendly.

I stayed for just 1 night (like 9 hours) between flights. The hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. Thought it looks somewhat old and tired outside it was fine inside. The lobby/bar/restaurant area looked modern and sleek. My room (deluxe) was also very modern and felt fresh. It was actually very spacious. The breakfast also surprised me, it was more like in a hotel in Europe or in Asia, not in North America. The wide variety of cheeses was present along with all the other cold/hot items. I would also like to mention Reno (an associate who checked me in, might be mistaken with her name). She was so lovely and cheerful. She really put me in a good mood in the beginning of that stay.

I was very impressed by how well run and put together The Westin Atlanta Airport was. Dana at check in was incredible! I felt like I was having a conversation with a long time friend. The room was very clean, modern, well appointed, and refreshed. The internet was fast and reliable. The room air conditioning worked well. I had an incredible stay. My only regret is not being able to stay longer!

This hotel is rated somewhat lower than I believe is fair. Upon check in all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Their internet was down so they were manually checking people in. The manager was out explaining the situation, apologizing, and reassuring they were moving as quickly as possible. They handled everything very well.
The room was up to Westin standard. The bed was very comfortable and made me wish I never had to wake up to go to work. It was clean. and had everything you need.
One thing I would love to see is cold water at the check in counter. I feel it's becoming a Westin standard to have some ice water and maybe some infused water available when checking in and while in the lobby.
overall, this place was great and id stay here again.
