Rated 4 out of 5 by A wonderful place to stay The hotel was very clean and the staff was polite and accommodating. My first room had a funny scent in it. The staff immediately moved me to another room and and apologized for any inconvenience. The bed is amazing, I slept like a baby. I look forward to visiting again! April 29, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Convenient, but not Westin-standard My shower didn't have hot water when I stayed here, and didn't get fixed even when I complained to the front desk. Room service took forever, and the gym was under renovation - makeshift gym didn't even have towels/water. It's convenient to the airport but the rooms are tiny and it's not up to Westin standards. Rated 3 out of 5 by Great food; avoid valet Great food from the bar(after hours); brunch in the restaurant was delicious; great service all around. My only concern was the valet parking. My car and my dad's car had scratches on the front bumper. AVOID VALET PARKING. Besides the lot is less than 500 ft from the entrance AND cheaper to park it yourself! April 16, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Bummer I love Westin, but my Atlanta Airport stay in April of 2013 was a huge let down. First I will focus on the positives. 1) We used the Westin as our hub for playing tourists for 4 days. The free shuttle to/from the airport allowed us to use the MARTA and avoid traffic and parking fees downtown. 2) Nearly every staff person I encountered was top notch and friendly. The only exception was the grouch working the Starbucks. Everyone else was super! The issues: 1. Cleanliness: My room was dirty. Dust had build up on ledges, behind lamps and the alarm clock, etc. The armchairs were filthy. We sat down at the bar area for a drink one night and when my husband stood up, he found he had been sitting on a condom. Gross! 2. Smoky smell: Despite their non-smoking policy, I am certain there were smokers in the room before us, and it was not properly cleaned properly to remove that stale smoke smell. I thought I would get used to it, but it bugged me our entire stay. 3. They were "out " of a lot stuff. Out of most food items at Starbucks, out of guac for my quesidilla....several items throughout our stay were not able to be provided items that seemed pretty basic to me. 4. The Heavenly Bed--purgatory. My number one reason for staying at Westins is the sleep I get on this famous mattress. I think maybe this bed was old. It sagged in the middle, and my hubby and I were rolling together in the middle--a problem we never had before at a Westin. Typically you get a mixture of firm and soft pillows, but ours were all soft--so it was very hard to get comfy. Big disappointment. I've been living in Westin bliss for many years--having nearly perfect stays each time. However my bubble was burst at the Atlanta Airport location. It was just another airport hotel. April 16, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Expensive hotel with cheap actions Very disappointed in this hotel pictures online do not match what it really looks like in person. Had to ask for anything you need as simple as a toothbrush and toothpaste after you look for staff for about a hour. For what this hotel cost you would think you could at least get a continal breakfast but the price of a bowl of cereal was ridiculous. Was also given the wrong room ask for king and got 2 double twin beds cause that's what they look like definitely not queen or full size. Just a horrible experience. April 9, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Moldy musty rooms I love Weston hotels and choose them often when I travel. This Atlanta hotel need refurbished I have been in 3 different rooms they are moldy smell and are damp. I do not feel well when I wake up, and my kids can not stand the smell. Ni will never stay in this hotel again, and do not recommend it! April 5, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by The jacuzzi was YELLOW and pool unkempt I dont ever complain but i felt the need to address this matter as it is a WESTIN after all- i expect better . I didnt care that the fitness center was under renovation and there was only treadmill and bikes. The pool was disgusting. Jacuzzi had a stench to it and the water was turning more yellow ( I have PICS) Was there all day and night with my kids and never saw anyone to test the water or tidy up the pool area. April 2, 2013

As a former member of the travel industry it is always refreshing to be the recipient of high customer standards and quality. Rated 2 out of 5 by skip this one in the future When I called for a reservation I specifically asked about this property being under renovations, primarily the pool, and was told no. Although the pool was not under renovations we were awaken by jack hammers for other renos. I also asked to verify pets were accepted and they are but was not told until checkin that there is a $100.00 non refundable pet deposit. When we entered our room there was a very strong odor of smoke and although I advised the staff of the odor I could not relocate because I had an adjoining room to my grandchildren. The following morning as my 5 year old grandson laid in bed with me, he lifted up the quilted blanket so that the light shown through and then shouted "this is disgusting" I looked to see what he was talking about and there was mold around all of the quilting. I have never had issues like this at any other starwood properties in the past. Very disappointing. April 2, 2013

I had only been home six days this month and the stay in your accommodations had the best laid out room I had been in the whole trip! Nice furnishings and comfortable chairs. The only item a bit tough was the price point of the food available in the resturant is outside of my corporate limits; but I guess I need to take that up with my company! Thanks March 29, 2013
