This property's public areas needs a refresh and deep cleaning. The bar area and elevator lobbies on each floor are dirty, especially the carpets.

Poor lighting set up had to be in the room to turn lights on.
The chair and lounge were uncomfotable at best had to use pillow tosit in the chair

The Sushi Cook doesn't wash his hands and wear gloves before preparing the food. Food safety is definetely a concern at his hotel's restaurant.

When i did arrived in hotel to check in after 6 hours drive the room was not ready at time of checking wasi almost 45 minutes in lobby .

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The decor was fabulous and luxurious. I felt comfortable and had all of my needs meet during my stay.
