Room and location was wonderful, unfortunately the AC was not working properly. At night it was 75 degrees, not horrible but after going out for breakfast it was 81 degrees in the room, unacceptable.

Stay was great, but I left my Drivers License as collateral for the use of a cart. called security and Mary Smith indicated she had already sent it back to me. She is a great employee!!

I needed a room for a girls night out and the staff was so helpful. They were able to get us three connecting rooms so we were able to stay in close proximity to eachother. We had a blast and the staff was so responsive when we asked for various items like sppons, sheets, pillows ect.

We enjoyed a great stay at the Westin Indianapolis. It was close to a lot of venues and restaurants and was perfect for hosting our family reunion.

I had an issue with my room and called the manager. 24 hours later I had not heard back from him. I am still waiting to get my bill, it was not put under my door, nor emailed to me.
It is a nice hotel but service is not consistent with other Westin properties.

I like that attractions , shopping and fantastic restaurants were all close by to our hotel
The staff were very helpful giving great reviews for shopping and local eateries.

Attentive staff made my stay here a pleasant one. The room accommodations were excellent, and room noise was minimal. I would recommend it for the business traveler.

Overall I was happy with my stay, but on my first morning, housekeeping would not stop knocking on my door, which had a "Do not disturb" sign hanging outside.

Our reservation got canceled and we don't know how. They could not accommodate our entire original reserved stay.
Food and parking too expensive and no restaurant except Shulas! Couldn't get AC to work in our room

I ask for a receipt every time and only about 50% of the time do I receive one in my email. I need receipts to send to my company for reimbursement and I hate having to call the accounting office to get a new one. Please fix this.

Two of the nights I did not get back to my room until 5 pm from business and had to call to get my room cleaned up because they still did not do it. It caused an incovenience.
Thought the hotel was pricey and parking was expensive and everyone has their hand out for a tip.

This downtown hotel is in need of some updating and overall general cleaning. The in room ammentities are nonexistant. No microwave or refridgerator. Limited TV channels and doors that slam shut in the night. Very expensive restuarant and lounge. It is a poor representation of the name Westin.

I was exhausted when I arrived. It was so nice to go to a room that was clean and comfortable. I sunk in the bed! What a great experience to rest in the comfort of my room.

The hotel was average. Staff nice, but not exceptionally attentive, etc. The bathroom was a bit shabby, and the cleaning of the room was average. Would stay there again, but would hope that there would be some improvements.

Our group meetings were executed with excellence due to the continued support of the Westin Indy staff. From coordinating the meeting rooms/guest rooms to arrival and on the spot assistance we could not have asked for a better meeting facility.

The Westin is the closest hotel to the Indiana Convention Center which is super convenient. That said, it was warm and muggy in all of the common areas and instead of that pleasant Westin scent, it smelled of bleach.

The staff is exceptional. The accomodations are very comfortable and relaxing. It is obvious that to the staff, their guests are priority, which is evident when checking in, accessing the club lounge, using the valet or any onsite facility or service. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was centrally located we felt secure during our stay. The lobby was impressive, we actually spent time in the lobby relaxing with friends after a wedding we attended. The next time we visit this wonderful city we plan to stay at this hotel.

In room service for dinner took one hour and forty minutes for delivery after being told it would take 30 minutes.
Request for foam pillows was never followed up and I had to sleep on bath towels
Front desk indicated free Wi-Fi only to find a charge required

There were some complications with the reservation and I spoke with Eric the Front Desk Manager and he immediately upgraded my room to a gorgeous suite on the 3rd floor. I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely recommend that you stay here. The staff was great!

For the price, this should include WiFi. Charging extra for WiFi is ridiculous and most chains now offer free wifi... The hotel was nice, the weight room was nice and the room was comfortable. There were a couple of what looked like bleach areas on the carpet.

As a Gold member my upgrade room was one next to the elevator shaft 1321. You hear the elevator all night going up and down.
Also the house keeping were late cleaning the rooms and one night I had to call them to come and clean it.
NO vending machines on any floor
