I stayed here for a conference Nov 15-18 and was impressed with the facility. The rooms were nice, the beds very comfortable, the conference rooms and lobby area very conducive for large numbers of people.

I was very disappointed in this hotel overall. The front desk staff was very friendly when I checked in but as soon as I entered my room there were little things that just kept adding up. There was orange and black mold in the tub, white toothpaste residue around the sink, the stir sticks for the coffee had old dried coffee on them, and half of the tv channels weren't working. I would have called to change rooms but honestly I was so tired from traveling I really just wanted to rest. The next morning when I ordered room service, the staff member who took my order was extremely unfriendly and took it upon himself to correct me when I guess I ordered an omelet the wrong way. The staff member who delivered the food though was very nice and made the experience a bit better. This was the same service I received each morning when I ordered breakfast. I can't imagine taking someone's breakfast order is that difficult or stressful, the staff could have at least been courteous and not sarcastic when taking my orders. Each morning as well, I noticed that the cleaning staff would continuously not refill my coffee/tea area and leave little things around the room so that I could tell they did just a quick run through. Considering I found toothpaste residue around the sink when I first arrived, I'm not surprised that the room was looked after so poorly.
I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel considering the Westin brand is well known and held in high esteem for its comfort. After this experience however, I know that this will be my last time at a Westin. For almost $400 per night, this hotel was definitely not worth it.

Excellent locations with nearby restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Staff was excellent. Parking a little bit pricey for overnight parking and the bathroom for junior suite was a bit too small.

The hotel was great and the location ideal for getting around. Frank at concierge was wonderful - arranged tickets and dinner reservations for a family of four with such ease. Made our stay special.

The Weston at Copley is right in the middle of everything in Boston. With easy access to transportation and the surrounding historic places.

This luxury hotel cost me less than many of the surrounding, provided me with an amazing city view, and remained peaceful and calming through Hurricane Sandy. I am definitely staying here again.

It is a great hotel but I was stunned by how poor was my room service food. I ordered a philly chees esteak sandwich...most of the sandwich was just the bread and nothing else. It was terrible.

Was here for worked and especially liked that I could walk to the office without stepping outside. That way I was able to stay cool.
Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was also pretty good.

The service from the desk staff was great.
We arrived after an early flight very jet lagged. The desk staff got us into a room at 10:am when the hotel was full. It was greatly appriciated.

For a Westin, there were few amenities. No Swimming pool, no bottled water in gym. No apples at check-in. Poor answering service when calling desk. Did like concierge desk person - helpful

When I can afford it - prices vary a lot during different seasons - I try to stay here. It is convenient to everything, including the mall, and the rooms are very comfortable. Kudos.

We stayed in the Westin Copley during college drop-off weekend. Check in was very quick, so was service to fix a problem with plumbing. Excellent location to shopping and dining.

Great view from the 36th floor. Staff extremely helpful in meeting our every need. Wonderful access to the city. Many fine resturants within walking distance. We will be back!

When I need to stay in Back Bay, this is the most convenient place to be. I love having access to the T, the mall & a large number of restaurants all within walking distance.
