Easy/efficient check in. Platinum status recognized with a junior suite upgrade and late checkout offer (which we used). Very good breakfast. Only negatives: small bathroom & slamming doors. Would stay again.

The Heavenly bed is wonderful, otherwise you can get a lot more for your money at another hotel. They charge for you to print a boarding pass, they charge for internet, there is no breakfast except for meetings.

The room was great - large enough for the four of us. Beds were comfortable and the room had a spectacular view of the Charles River. Breakfast buffet was a great deal for the kids. I would definitely come back.

We had a woderful weekend at the Westin Copley. Great room with an amazing view of the city. Shop at the mall and dinner/breakfast in the hotel. Highly recommend a weekend getaway at the Westin Copley..

I stayed here for a conference Nov 15-18 and was impressed with the facility. The rooms were nice, the beds very comfortable, the conference rooms and lobby area very conducive for large numbers of people.

Didnt like that I was given a handicap room. Shower had no place for soap, shampoo, etc..pillows were too firm. Front desk had no others to offer.

Excellent locations with nearby restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Staff was excellent. Parking a little bit pricey for overnight parking and the bathroom for junior suite was a bit too small.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel for a conference but was disappointed not to be able to watch my favorite cable TV. There was FOX and CNN but no MSNBC. Very disappointing. I couldn't wait to leave.

The hotel was great and the location ideal for getting around. Frank at concierge was wonderful - arranged tickets and dinner reservations for a family of four with such ease. Made our stay special.

Overall, my stay at the Westin Copley Place, Boston, was pleasant, but there were a couple of issues that would make me reconsider a return visit.
It is quite clear the elevators were not functioning . . . at least two lobby elevators were not working (maybe more) on Boston Marathon weekend. Long waits ensued. It was the same last year as well. One would think the issue would have been resolved by now.
The service in Bar 10 is not good at all. I was there on Saturday afternoon, 4/19, with three friends. The venue was only about half-full. We had a hard time over the 90 minutes we were there getting the wait staff's attention (we would have purchased more food and drink had they been paying attention). My fiance and I went back on Monday night around 10:00 PM. Again, the space was no more than half-full. The manager said he would send someone to our table. We waited for 10 minutes, also watching two other tables frantically trying to get a server's attention (which opted to spend their time in the front of the venue). One patron, rather irate, had to seek-out a server in order to get his check. We decided to take our business elsewhere even though we had just run a marathon and didn't feel like moving too far afield. On the way out, the Bar 10 manager (same from Saturday) was hanging out at the Check-in desk in the lobby, gabbing with the Westin staff as if he didn't have anything else to do. Clearly he is wasting his time in the service industry, as well as wasting everyone else's.
It's a shame to write a bad review for a Westin Property. All the other people at the hotel with whom we encountered were extremely accommodating and gracious in their work, but the problems from the previous year as well as the Bar 10 experience seem to be endemic to that particular establishment.

This luxury hotel cost me less than many of the surrounding, provided me with an amazing city view, and remained peaceful and calming through Hurricane Sandy. I am definitely staying here again.

It is a great hotel but I was stunned by how poor was my room service food. I ordered a philly chees esteak sandwich...most of the sandwich was just the bread and nothing else. It was terrible.

Was here for worked and especially liked that I could walk to the office without stepping outside. That way I was able to stay cool.
Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was also pretty good.

The service from the desk staff was great.
We arrived after an early flight very jet lagged. The desk staff got us into a room at 10:am when the hotel was full. It was greatly appriciated.

For a Westin, there were few amenities. No Swimming pool, no bottled water in gym. No apples at check-in. Poor answering service when calling desk. Did like concierge desk person - helpful

When you have more than one woman in room, not enough mirrors.
Room was great, beautiful view of downtown
