Our March booking for two rooms and requests was not met and this is September. We asked to be away from elevators and ice/vending machines. The staff assured us on check in that all of our requests were met but we got off the elevator and there was our room and right across from it was the ice machine. We also had a loud hum in our room. Granted they did move us but not until we complained.

Overall I found the hotel facility and staff quite pleasant and responsive to my needs. The proximity to the surrounding city was great as we were able to walk to everything. The hotel is attached to a high end mall with plenty of luxury stores and food establishments. I found the room quite comfortable. Although there was a non working fan in the bathroom that forced us to open the window to the outside to allow for the steam TO ESCAPE or leave the room feeling stuffy. Also there was a gurgle noise coming from the pipes that kept me up at night. And no it was not my stomach...

Checked in is a breeze with complimentary WiFi in the room. On request I was given a room with scenic view of Boston. The checked in staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is close to Charles River Esplanade, a good place for morning jog.

We were at the hotel for a special event with Liberty Mutual. The SPG team and the entire staff of the hotel did an outstanding job of making sure this event was a trouble-free, memorable experience. Our Jr. Suite was great. Overall, a wonderful visit to Boston.

We stayed at the Westin (on Huntington) for 2 nights. I now want to live there (enough said). We were greeted by Dan (Grey Suite, I know there are two). He was WONDERFUL. Check in was a relaxed meet and greet, not a standard business transaction. We upgraded to a room on the 30th floor overlooking the waterfront. What a great view of the city. The staff was helpful to find area attractions (many of the city offerings are within walking distance), and two connecting shopping malls with restaurants. The room is stylish and the beds are so comfortable. We spent some time in the pool as well. This is really a place to treat yourself and well worth the stay.

I stayed here for 2 nights Aug 26-28 and was very happy with the room and services offered. It is close to the T line which makes traveling with luggage easy. The grocery store a couple of blocks away was also nice to have. My compliments to Regina and Dennis who were very helpful at the concierge desk. Check in was very efficient. The indoor walkway to the Prudential center and shopping mall was a big plus.

The staff here is exceptional. Everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful, from the check-in desk, to the valet, to the bellman. I was very pleased.
My firstsuggestion is better lighting. I know we are in the age of going green and sustainability, but the guest bathrooms are really dark and aren't good for doing make-up. Everywhere else the dim lighting is fine. Maybe adding a light on a make-up mirror would help.
My second suggestion is outlets near the bed. My roommates and I had to fight over the one outlet near the bed behind the lamp to charge our phones. I know there are outlets in the desk but people like to have their phones near them.
