Rated 1 out of 5 by No Hot Water, Incredibly Loud Music The last morning of my stay (in January) there was not a single drop of hot water in the hotel so I was forced to shower in ~40 degree water. On top of that, the two nights before, there was such loud music playing in a ballroom directly below my 2nd floor room that I couldn't sleep. The management did nothing to warn me about the potential noise or apologize about this or the lack of hot water. In fact it took 5 minutes of waiting at the front desk to even find someone to check me out. January 26, 2016

The facility is badly in need of remodeling, as the rooms and common areas are showing the wear and tear of accommodating too many patrons for too many years. The exterior is mirrored and reasonably attractive, but once you step inside the age of the place is revealed. December 18, 2015

Rated 1 out of 5 by Get past the ancient room TV system manager tells me I can't watch the game in my room because the bar has satellite and the rooms do not. Yet when we inquired, the bartender said "no this is a cable channel" but its not provided to the rooms. So, apparently those who decide what's best for me feel I have to sit in a noisy bar if I want to watch the game. Why are all Westin hotels in the 18th century when it comes to providing acceptable TV options? Not everyone wants to listen to loudmouths at the bar when we would like to watch a simple sporting event. October 21, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Boston, Salsa, and Sleep! The staff had to deal with a number of issues that were beyond their control the weekend I visited - a full parking garage, which led to street parking, which led to towing - but they did their best to keep everyone informed as to what was going on at all times. Those I spoke with were helpful and responsive. The big downside was the time restrictions. If we had been allowed to keep the small ballroom open later, I think the staff wouldn't have had to deal with nearly as many issues. People would have gathered there rather than returning to their rooms on the guest floors. Unfortunately, it seemed that this problem was out of the hands of the staff available on site.
