We attended a family wedding in Columbus Ohio and stayed at The Westin along with several other family members. The staff at the Westin couldn't have been more pleasant or accommodating. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely recommend The Westin to all our friends and family. Thank you for the excellent service we received.

We did not receive any extra towels other than the towels in the room once we got their for our 2 night stay. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it. One of the lights in our room didn't even work. For the price paid the room service could have been a ton better.

The price we paid for a two double bed room seems high compared to other hotel/motel rooms we've stayed in during our travels. However, the hotel and our room was very clean and we'll kept. We were disappointed in how long it took to get into our room. We arrived after check-in time. But, it took 2 hours before our room was ready for us. We were given a free drink ticket for our wait. But, the bar was crowded and understaffed so it took a long time to get our drinks. We were also compensated with a free breakfast ticket due to our long wait time. The staff was apologetic and courteous. Perhaps our stay at this hotel was during an unusually busy weekend? The valet service was also extremely busy and running behind.

Older Westin property but it's age also gives the hotel extra character. Arrived late and Al was one of the friendliest front desk agents that I have ever meet. Upon entering the room I noticed a personalized hand written note, an extra water and some local candy which was a very nice touch. However, it appeared that my room was the smallest in the hotel (I know this because the fire exit map on the door shows each room) As a Gold I never expect upgrades but I was a little surprised to get the smallest room in the entire building with no view. Oh well, I was only staying one night and the friendly staff made up for the crappy room.

The staff of this hotel went out of their way to make my wife and I as comfortable as possible when a problem arose with the bed.

recently stayed here for proximity to meetings. The hotel is undergoing renovations but the staff was accommodating in finding a quiet room. The room had new but frayed carpeting, was missing a suitcase valet, and a non-functioning beverage bar. The room service was good and the food above average for SPG properties. The corporate rate paid of well over $300 was completely not deserving.

Worst experience I have ever had at a 4 Star Westin. Computers down upon check-in. Took 15 minutes to "check-in" and be initially placed in the smallest King room I have ever seen. Cable did not work fully. Could not resolve. Phones not working. Had to have maintenance correct during stay. Transferred to larger room for upgrade charge. Larger room in same condition. Stayed two nights. Room not serviced after first night after being told room would be serviced at 8:30 PM. Decided to attend hotel bar. Computers down so could only pay cash or charge to room. Paid for valet parking without knowing or being told the vehicle was stored outside. Vehicle is pulled up covered in snow. More then disappointed and embarrassed to have spent my Valentines Day weekend at this hotel. Response: Waive one night of room "upgrade" and free chocolate strawberries.

the TV didnt work and after having maintenance come up twice, i finally moved to another room in which i experienced similar problems.
In addition, I declined the "eco option" and when returning to my room no maid service had been performed. I called down to the front desk and told them to go ahead and give me the points for "eco option" and explained the issue. they didnt add the points or offer any compensation for my inconvenience.
