This is my second stay in less than a year. I do not travel much, but found myself in town over weekend for a show in Oct 2013 and a wedding Sept this year. Wedding party booked a group. The stay is always good and my only true regret is not being able to sleep on a queen size bed with my wife. I am 2 for 2 with your double beds.

We stayed at your hotel for a family wedding. We knew rooms were small at the rate and that was fine. We had trouble locating the trolley to the ceremony as your desk staff seemed to know nothing of it??? I left my cell phone in the car upon checking in and your valet immediately retrieved it for me. Great service. Brunch with friends was lovely and our waiter (David??) was wonderful.

The hotel is beautiful and the front desk staff and valet were great. However, we ordered room service for breakfast. It did not arrive on time, so I called the front desk and the attendant apologized and said it was on its way. We waited another fifteen minutes and when it still had not shown up we checked out and went elsewhere. That was a disappointment, since we were really looking forward to breakfast in our room. We would stay there again, but would not order room service.

I thought the breakfast buffet was lacking. It was not hot and lacked seasoning or flavor.

I stay frequently at Westin Hotels - mainly in California. Here the street-facing room was nice, but the street sound was disruptive of sleep - could be fixed by double pane windows, not yet installed. Also bathroom amenities not available without a call to the desk. Finally, the internet charges for in-room access are insulting and leave a tired business traveler feeling scalped. It's not the amount, its the principle - free in the lobby, pay in the room. Clearly meant to get you to the bar, but then the bar closes. All in all it's bad practice, considering it's free at your competition!

The ballroom at the Westin Columbus was the site of the most beautiful wedding and reception I have ever attended. Kudos to the staff!

Older building in need of updates. Rooms are small, furniture old and tired. But, we did have a nice view. Shuttle service to wedding venue was unreliable, service not available as stated in wedding information. Outrageous daily charge for valet parking. The wedding was fun, but the hotel could have been better.

My initial room was not clean; therefore, I had to go back to the front desk to request a clean room. The room I was offered was way to small for the cost of this hotel. I am a business traveler either driving or flying to my destinations and do not enjoy having to deal with issues upon my arrival, especially, when the facility has been paid in advance. I was not able to cancel my reservation due to a timeline policy regarding cancellations. An exception should have been made since the hotel was obviously not prepared for my arrival even with a 17 day advance reservation. Shame on your management.
