The room, staff, food, views, pool and beach - everything was wonderful. Very interesting panoramic elevators. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beach is clean with fine white sand. Great sea. Convenient location.

Great location! Easy to reach to both the beach and the downtown.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Room has a bigger size than my expectation.
Just Perfect place for enjoying Guam.

Our stay was wonderful with a clean room, fasntastic food and great service for the most part. I was quite disappointed, since we were traveling with two young children, to not have been told about the coin laundry on the 6th floor. I had previously called to request information about coin laundry services in the Tamuning area, but the person at the front desk was not very helpful. The person who was was Lena in the front with her help with taxi information and a warm welcome! We also applaud Rogelio, one of the servers at the buffet in the Taste. He made our 9 days in Guam personal and was always on top of helping us with great service and a smile. We had to call housekeeping since our hairdryer broke and a few other times since we requested new sheets and a blanket. One of our little ones had an accident on the bed; however, we found the blanket had not been changed but just the sheets were although we had made a specific request. Despite these hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Westin and would recommend this beautiful hotel to our friends. Thank you.

When shopping for hotels for our trip to Guam, it was a lengthy process. I decided to spend the extra money and go with the Westin, since I had a great experience with the Westin in Scottsdale, AZ. I made the right decision. Hopefully you will also.
The Staff was pleasant and accomadating to any of our needs. The room was always clean, sometimes it seemed like it was more than once a day, but that's ok.
The beach! Wow, this is the best beach area of any of the other hotels we visited friends and family at. When they came to the Westin, they were amazed how clean and clear the beach area was. There was less coral so it was easier on the feet when swimming.
Prego is an excellent resturant. When I ordered the spagetti with the meat sauce, this is how spagetti is supposed to taste. The richness in flavor, the aroma of the sauce, and the taste will leave a lasting memory.
I would like to see Wi-Fi through out the hotel, but I know they said they were working on it.
Overall, we were both very impressed with the hotel and it's staff. When talking to friends and family on the island, they were impressed that we were staying at the Westin. The locals even mentioned we were staying at the best place on the island. This is a good sign.

i stayed in the club floor, staff were excellent in the 21st floor! but sadly i can't early check-in and had to wait from 6am to 2pm for my room. this is extremely tired to wait at the club lounge during my overnight flight can't slept very well.
anyway everything was good!
nice beach with good cabana.
good location, only 10mins walk to DFS.

Great Platinum recognition. Always given a suite. Picked me up and dropped me off at the airport on time. Friendly check-in. Lounge food could be improved. Also, disappointed that pastries were not served from 8 pm - 10 p.m. as expected. Friendly staff. Lovely room. Unfortunately no wi-fi in room. Look forward to going back.

Visited in April 2013.
Upon arriving, the front desk told me my reservation was not for another month. I had called SPG multiple times to confirm the date change had gone through and the associate assured me my dates were confirmed. The hotel had a "note" on the date change but had not changed the reservations. The manager on duty was able to find us a room, not the room we wanted, but it would cost more and it would not come with the Royal Beach Club.
Throughout our stay, the staff was mediocre. The service was more fitting of a generic hotel, not at all what I expected from a Westin.
The room was nice- it had a lot of updated features (redone bathroom, modern design, flat screen television). The balcony is a bit small and had no furniture, which is odd. We wound up carrying the 2 chairs from inside out there if we wanted to enjoy the views of the ocean.
Housekeeping was not very thorough. The once daily service included bed making, towel refreshing, and dropping off more soap. There was a smashed fly stuck to our balcony door for a week, the shower began to look dingy, and we had to specifically request clean glasses/mugs. Again, not the service you expect from a Westin.
The pool area was pretty and had plenty of chairs and towels available. Sometimes the attendant would give you a wristband, sometimes he wouldn't. The beach chairs were almost always full and very close together (tied together so you can't pull them apart).
The fitness center was very modern. It featured updated equipment (complete with personal TVs) and great views of the pool area. It was never crowded.
Overall, the hotel was pleasing but the staff left much to be desired.

The service at the hotel is absolutely unacceptable. There remains absolutely NO recognition of SPG status and no attempt to treat Gold or Platinum members with the service they deserve. Further, I had AC problems but no real effort, despite repeated complaints to fix the system that never got below 75 degrees. The rooms are clean and in decent condition, although the shower could be cleaned more but the service brings this hotel to a level not consistent with the Westin brand. More training for staff is needed. They are getting away with no real competition and an overall shortage of rooms on island that doesn't require real competition or focus.
