Rated 5 out of 5 by Royal treatment The whole team at Westin Guam provided us with an excellent stay. SPG recognition was beyond expectation with an upgrade to an executive suite on the 21st floor. The food, both morning and evening at the Royal Beach Club, was tasty and of good variety each day. For each time we had any requests of the staff, they were sure to follow up to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend you visit Guam, and stay at the Westin. The Westin is conveniently located within walking distance of shopping and restaurants, as well as being directly on the beach. February 23, 2015

Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel is unbelievably hot! My five-day stay was ruined by the room's air con setting which did not allow for temperatures below 22 degrees. As the room faced west towards the ocean, a view which I paid for, this meant that the room temperature was uncomfortably hot in the evening and the early part of the night. Why the hotel should have such stingy air-conditioning is beyond me, especially for a hotel in the tropics! The frontline were at best indifferent when I approached them for advice on sightseeing etc. Certainly not value for money .... November 9, 2011

Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Hotel on the Island of Guam When shopping for hotels for our trip to Guam, it was a lengthy process. I decided to spend the extra money and go with the Westin, since I had a great experience with the Westin in Scottsdale, AZ. I made the right decision. Hopefully you will also. The Staff was pleasant and accomadating to any of our needs. The room was always clean, sometimes it seemed like it was more than once a day, but that's ok. The beach! Wow, this is the best beach area of any of the other hotels we visited friends and family at. When they came to the Westin, they were amazed how clean and clear the beach area was. There was less coral so it was easier on the feet when swimming. Prego is an excellent resturant. When I ordered the spagetti with the meat sauce, this is how spagetti is supposed to taste. The richness in flavor, the aroma of the sauce, and the taste will leave a lasting memory. I would like to see Wi-Fi through out the hotel, but I know they said they were working on it. Overall, we were both very impressed with the hotel and it's staff. When talking to friends and family on the island, they were impressed that we were staying at the Westin. The locals even mentioned we were staying at the best place on the island. This is a good sign. November 9, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Hotel Headed in Wrong Direction The service at the hotel is absolutely unacceptable. There remains absolutely NO recognition of SPG status and no attempt to treat Gold or Platinum members with the service they deserve. Further, I had AC problems but no real effort, despite repeated complaints to fix the system that never got below 75 degrees. The rooms are clean and in decent condition, although the shower could be cleaned more but the service brings this hotel to a level not consistent with the Westin brand. More training for staff is needed. They are getting away with no real competition and an overall shortage of rooms on island that doesn't require real competition or focus. April 6, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Bad view I reserved partial ocean view but what I could see was Guam reef hotel. Staff are kind only for japanese, some staffs have to learn what is custumer satisfaction. I recommend this hotel only for japanese. It is better to change this hotel name for Japanese Guam Westin. August 22, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by very satistfied! Stayed for three nights at the end of Dec 2014. Access from the airport is convenient (20mins), the staffs at counter were friendly and polite, the room was clean enough, access to shopping area is so close, beach front, and lounge has a great view. The Platinum recognition was better than expected which made me very happy. This was my first time and I am looking forward to return again! January 15, 2015
