long flight from California to this beautiful town. Have room with harbor view, nice.
Staff members were very helpful all around from the time I arrive until I leave (3AM!).

Room had great view of waterfront
Housekeeper excellent for room
Lobby very dated furniture, not welcoming,dingy
Elevators very slow , being repaired, dirty looking with yellow sign left in corner for 4 days
Halls ugly dated carpet,stains on carpet, not bright, very dark outside our room
Bar/Lounge cheap decor, not inviting
Room- air/ heat complicated to adjust so left air on as we found it since afraid it would not work if touched
Decor very unattractive, furniture all mismatched and cheap looking,carpet dated, looks like a dorm room
Closet door keeps closing itself and hard to keep open, same with safety deposit box door.
Door all scuffed and hardware looks rusted
Toilet difficult to flush unless hold handle for prolonged time
Shower head leaks all over
Tile in shower very very dated and not match rest of bathroom
Glass in bathroom door means spouse woken up every time use bathroom at night
Hall noisy with door banging, poor soundproof
Pool area very basic decor and overhead lights turn off while swimming if no one walking around pool area making it dark
Steel entry to change rooms too industrial
Lockers in gym make no sense should be in change room for ease of changing
Towels in change room would be more convenient
Toilets in changeroom rusting metal on doors and dirty, floor dirty and lots of flies
Front entry and parking lot not lit at night, don't feel very safe walking in front of building at night

Stayed for one night and found the Staff were amazing, so friendly & helpful. Elements breakfast buffet was amazing. Room was very clean & bed very comfortable. Main areas were newer hallways & stairways need some updating.

This is a hotel that consistently has a high standard of quality, both in room comfort, service and staff attentiveness. Their staff always go the extra mile to make every stay seamless, right from valet check in to check out. They always make an effort to upgrade their platinum customers. It never gets tiring staying at this hotel (even when you spend a great deal of time travelling) each month. Best views in the city!

Unclean room, grimy carpet, one bottle of water and one dirty robe for two guests over two nights, over priced parking, noisy rooms (bangs, bumps and voices heard during stay), strange noises coming from the heating/cooling system, television system ridiculous and not user friendly, filthy hallways (vomit stains everywhere), no new towels replenished (had to find maid), fee for local calls etc etc. Will never stay again and will not recommend to anyone.

The staff are all fantastic, but they need a complete overhaul of their restaurant services. Food is overpriced, portions are small, and many of the menu items were terrible.
Great place to stay, but eat out at the local pubs and restaurants.

Came for a weekend stay. Front desk staff were fantastic! Room was a bit small but bed was comfortable. Very clean place and other staff were always polite. Breakfast was amazing. The staff at the breakfast, particularly Jose were great. Very friendly, courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

I recently stayed at the Westin for our office conference. I wanted to let you know what a fantastic job the employees in Banquets and Facilities Management do each and every day. It was a pleasure staying at your hotel. Kudos to Leslie, Sarah, Sidney and Mark and also Brad and Rob (Freeman Audio), and those who's names I've missed for making our stay enjoyable.
