Rated 5 out of 5 by Great stay on a birthday weekend! This was one of my best birthday getaways and the Westin PV only made it better! The grounds are beautiful and encourage you to relax. The service by the pool was always on point and someone was always available to take care of your needs.There was one pool area under renovation, but we never noticed it. I can't wait to return to see the finished product. The grand suite was amazing with some of the best views I've ever seen.The location of this hotel is perfect... While not directly downtown, it is a quick 5 minute taxi ride (about 120 pesos / $6 US). The staff is very attentive and will follow up on all of your needs. While I did have one small issue during my stay, I brought it to management's attention and it was resolved within an hour or so. It's not what goes wrong that matters, but how it is handled and the staff in this hotel go above and beyond. Thank you for a great stay Westin PV!! June 9, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic beach vacation A beautiful, well appointed hotel with EXTREMELY friendly and helpful staff-- they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable! In fact we have always found the friendliest people on the Mexican Pacific coast. Great pools, great spa, great gym, nice beach. And the nearby (walking distance) marina wharf has numerous restaurant options. April 2, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by staff was wonderful we enjoyed a 4 night stay here. food was above average and reasonably priced. only issue we had was the air conditioning in our room wasn't working properly and took 2 attempts to repair. but the staff made it a priority and once fixed the room cooled very nicely. we look forward to coming back here after next year's major renovation. Rated 1 out of 5 by The WORST I can't say enough negative things about this hotel. Shall I start with the non-recognition of SPG Platinum guests. OR not getting an upgraded room? OR having an awful platinum buffet breakfast in the club room? OR having bugs in the room? Or having to wait 45 minutes to get someones attention at the pool? OR the staff being totally inattentive to our needs/requests? The list goes on and on and on. March 29, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Stay! I stayed here for only one night, but would highly recommend this hotel! I was upgraded for free to a suite on the top floor upon check in. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was to die for! The pool was extremely clean and surpassed expectations! The location is about a 10 minute cab ride to downtown which made for a relaxing stay! March 16, 2016

Friendly greeting at the front desk, upgraded as Platinum, comfortable room and bed and magnificent views. Clean everywhere, excellent restaurants and wonderful pool. Would cost twice as much elsewhere. I will return - as MacArthur said! March 13, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Smoked Out! We were unfortunate to stay the same week that the tobacco association had their annual meeting. The whole resort reaked of tobacco and the smokers completely disregarded the areas that were labeled 'smoke free', including the restaurant! We will never forget this 'smoke filled trip'.
