Rated 5 out of 5 by KeepWalking Great Helpful
Very helpful and responsive reception desk. I was accidentally have to reschedule all my trip due to injury, thanks to Ms.Elke and her younger colleague to help my stay went very well. I got room upgraded with breakfast but didn't enjoy anything because I can't go out from the room and left the hotel very early in the next morning. However, with the excellent service, I surely go back to Westin Bellevue Dresden again.
The only downside i would make is that you should have a better coffee machine in the room.

Rated 4 out of 5 by wetravel I like the location of the Hotel in this beautiful city
No Lounge but complimentary breakfast buffet. Staff very helpful and friendly. Be aware this Hotel is NOT participating in the "SPG More for you promotion". That is a problem for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Marwiel Not adequate for the price
My main expectation to stay at the Westin Bellevue hotel was to obtain full comfort in a hotel room that is adequate for the price (which was in my opinion quite high). After a long journey I wanted to sleep in peace and quiet . My room was located on the river Elbe side and despite the open window I had longed silence. The room decor suggests that it was designed a long time ago and it asks to be refreshed . I didn't like the fact that there was only one shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom - the room was a double . Hair dryer should retire as well... In the room there was a TV with many channels, yet not a single one in Polish? In the room were two phones - one didn't work at all. The first time I met with the impossibility of making tea in the room - no kettle. I have no objection to the quality of the food , everyone will find something suitable for themselves. This comment applies to the DELUXE room .

Rated 3 out of 5 by Fabio A "low cost" Westin?
Surprisingly I encountered a number of problems, fortunately solved by the staff. But one requested a conversation with the manager. Most of the problems were linked to an insufficient number of staff available to cope with the high number of guests. In addition, the large room were breakfast was served for hundreds of guests had the charm of a railway station.
I have gathered the impression that the Dresden Westin is becoming a "low cost" Westin. This is worrying. The price I paid for the two rooms used was surprisingly competitive, but the service was correspondingly – and surprisingly – of average quality. I would have been prepared to pay a higher price, but to receive the welcome and service I expect from a Starwood hotel.

Rated 4 out of 5 by soonleh Good hotel
No alarm clock. No kettle and coffee/tea facility. Room temperature difficult to control. Thermostat not working properly.
However, good quality hotel overall but still needs to improve the above areas. Customer service front desk is good.
Breakfast quality is not very good. Slow response to serve. A bit chaotic during peak hours.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Dunkin Very comfortable hotel in a great location
This is a very nice hotel in a great location to new town and old town. I utilized the pool, spa, restaurants, bar, and breakfast room and was fully satisfied with everything. The staff is courteous and attentive. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CapeMayTraveller Fantastic Hotel!
We have stayed in many hotels around the world, and this Westin rates in the top 10. Fantastic view from our room, perfectly clean and modern, HUGE room by European standards, excellent service and a friendly welcoming staff. There can't be a better hotel in Dresden!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Bayer123 Needs Refurbishment
Some of the rooms' furniture looks like from the early 80s. It needs refurbishment. Also the mattress in my room needs to be exchanged (already informed the hotel).
No recognition of SPG Gold Status, even after asking twice.
Breakfast is great, however.
