From the friendly front desk to the beautiful lobby and rooms, to the quick room service and extra towels, you can tell that this hotel really cares about their guests. Fabulous, restful, fun stay! You should definitely consider becoming a Starwood preferred guest..there are some fun perks! February 4, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Do Not recommend We did request a room that would allow a dog but I didn't expect it to smell like a sewer. The refrigerator had a lock on the door so we couldn't keep anything in it. There are no vending machines. Unless you use valet parking you have to park about a half block away from the front door. WiFi is not free. January 1, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Very Little bed's Other than the very tiny double beds this Hotel was awesome in all other ways. The only way I would stay again is to have a king size bed. Traveled with my husband and 2 children and the room sizes are great but the beds are way to small. February 10, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Close to Rocky Moutian Guest Service was great! My check-in front desk agent treated me very well. Rooms are comfortable. There are couple there should be a lounge and I thought that the build did not utilize the mountain view, should have more room facing the wonderful mountain view. I was expecting a mountain view. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Stay I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Lot's to do and plenty of places to eat nearby. Also some great running areas in the area. In addition to the excellent location, friendly staff and great rooms and facilities, something as simple as complimentary bottle of water make this hotel a must to stay next time I am in the Denver area. Rated 5 out of 5 by Westin Hotel offers excellent service This hotel offers fantastic views of the Rockies in the distance. The staff were wonderful throughout my stay. very helpful in all departments, reception, conference, bar and they all seemed extremely happy. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere. it was also easy walking distance to restaurants bars and cinema. Highly recommended. May 22, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great location This property has outstanding views and amenities. Unfortunately, our room was loud due to service elevator noise and popping pipes in the bathroom wall. We would stay again, simply request a room away from these issues. February 10, 2014

Room not ready for early check in. attitude was nothing they could do about it. did not even offer a differtn ytype of room until i asked. There was a sensor in the room that beeped all night. When I told hte front desk, again said nothing they could do and as an after thought offered a cup of coffee. August 30, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fun Weekend My wife and I wanted an inexpensive little getaway to celebrate our 23rd anniversary. Our weekend at the Westin was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great views from the room and hot tub. Great restaurant and good price. We'll be back. January 27, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by beautiful view, that's about it Veiw was great, however, spa was closed, they have community swim lessons so pool was not available, no coffee in the rooms, dirty hairballs in the bathroom (around hinges), furniture dusty, something growing above lights in bathroom, Not smoker friendly: smoking area not kept up and heaters not on for outdoor smoking. Rated 4 out of 5 by Restaurant menu The restaurant has been remodeled and has a new menu. Unfortunately there was littl to choose from that wasn't game meat. Had a difficult time finding something to eat for my 15 year old daughter or my 76 year old mother. We probably won't be eating there again and we stay at the hotel several times during the year. Rated 3 out of 5 by Limited menu This Westin in westminster is a big hotel, so I am amazed that there in such a limited menu in the hotels one restuarant. It caters to a very narrow palete. With the recent remodel I had hopes the restaurant would improve, and though it did in terms of its previous snail pace service, its quite lacking in options. June 17, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by one of the best I really enjoyed staying at the Westin Westminster. The staff made me feel so welcome and the room and view were beautiful. I attended a Pilates conference and the facility was perfect for it. The food was so delicious! They even arranged a private driver to take me back to the airport, who was a delightful man. Cassie upgraded us to a suite, per usual, and Lauren made us feel so welcome to be back with a few "extras" in our room. The entire staff was great! Thank you for making this stay so enjoyable! Rated 3 out of 5 by weekend get a way The hotel over all was nice. The staff at the front desk was rude. First upon arrival, Even tho I had called to make sure it was fine to pay cash I had to basically fight with the guy behind the desk to let us pay cash. I understand the hold on my account for 75$ but as soon as I checked out that hold should go off the next business day. The other HOT issue I had was on check out day, we have until noon to check out. But at 6am the morning of check out they had already deactivate my room key, REALLY!!! When I went to the front desk to ask about it, the guy said because I was checking out. I told him I have 6 more hours before I had to check out. he would not reset my room key. So I sat in the lobby waiting for the rest of my party to come down so I had somewhere to go till we were ready to leave. The restaurant on site had no prices on there menu so I did not eat there. The view was great, the room was clean. But that's all the positive I can say about my stay at your hotel. July 2, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Friendly staff made my stay exceptional The room was quiet with great views (sunrise especially), I slept better than ever, the staff was cheerful (genuinely) and helpful and good coffee (thank you for the water). I was attending a "HealingFest " - the hotel was welcoming and gave me a wonderful base to focus and reflect. I am very grateful. Suzy September 4, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by 4 sisters and 4 cousins - Girls' Night So happy to have inter-connecting rooms. They brought in a refrigerator for us. (the only inconvenience -- a 50th Anniversary party blocked access to the pool with its banner of balloons.) hot tub and locker room were great! The nieces loved the resident dog and walking her. nice view and pretty landscaping. August 29, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Where are the suites? I have stayed at this hotel several times now as a Starwood Platinum member. I have never been upgraded to a suite. I usually get a "mountain view" room--which would typically be a $10 upgrade charge from a standard room. This last time, I received a corner room. One extra window, but still a smallish room. Rated 2 out of 5 by Wasn't what I expected... The parking is horrible here! Our room didn't come with a fridge or microwave...really? Also, I booked a "mountain view" room and ended up in room 508, an east facing room. Lastly, we discovered a genital hair on the soap rack of the shower right next to the shampoo and conditioner. The staff, especially the front desk staff was professional, courteous and made sure that all our requests were taken care of. Beautiful lobby and comfortable rooms. We had a nice view of the Rocky Mountains. October 12, 2012

Or coming out of the shower to find no Westin robe on the back of the door; just the empty hanger. Stayed at the Westin Westmister at least 15 times in the last five years; this time was very disappointing August 28, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by service Shawna was great!!! When she checked us in we mentioned that my wife and I were haveing a night away from our 2 year old that was long overdue. After dinner we got back to the room a discovered she had sent up a botte of champane with a note attched wishing us a great night. WOW!!! Awsome service. January 14, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Rude wait staff/ management at the restaurant The hotel was great but the restaurant was terrible. The management and wait staff was particularly rude and they made everyone uncomfortable with their jokes to upsell everything. I've stayed at Westins all over the world and this dining experience was far worse than eating at a fast food place. March 17, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Comfortable rooms spacious and well appointed, thermostat turns itself off at night… so very chilly in the mornings if you are there in cold season! Issues with room service not answering phone, inaccurate orders, burnt recooks, I'd pass on room service and eat at one of the many restaurants nearby. November 9, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good visit clean rooms and people were so friendly!! The only thing I was disappointed is that I had to pay $10.95 for internet and no frig in room. (I did not ask for the frig but it would have been nice to have it there) There's room in the cabinet for them. Other than those two things, very nice stay! January 30, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Feeling Right at Home Great hotel. This was my third visit and things just keep getting better. Excellent staff and the new restaurant/bar are first class --- truly unique. Wait staff outstanding and the menu should make the restaurant a destination. A place for hotel guests and neighborhood residents to frequent. December 9, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not the Best staty The room was very dusty, the tub didn't drain the second day I was there. The furniture was dented and scratched and the sink in the bathroom dripped constantly. The injury to insult, breakfast was $22.00 for one. Front Desk and Room service was poor and snobby! Rated 4 out of 5 by Customer service below expectation We had our first issue with customer service on this stay. I have always given the Westin 10's in all categories, and my wife and I have always stayed at the Westin when we are in the Denver area. Quite frankly, I was shocked and disappointed with the lack of customer service on this stay. December 19, 2012
