Family Plan Policy

Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a double room shared with a paying adult. Rollaway beds are charged at 90 AUD. Cribs are provided complimentary and available upon request.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Shower The only negative of our stay was a poor shower head and water temperature. At the end of a long day of travel to find a large rain shower head was very exciting until I turned on the Luke warm temperature with a drizzle, very disappointing May 23, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Poor restaurant service and acknowledgement of SPG client Had to wait over 50 mins for a lunch order, in the end I couldn't wait any longer. Also I have stayed at the hotel over a dozen times in the last 3 months. Do not wish to fill my details in again. Once is sufficient. Thanks Garry August 25, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Loved the bathroom! Stayed 5 nights and enjoyed breakfast @ Mosaic every day. Modern room with great facilities overlooking the clock tower. The building melds the old with the new very well and the covered courtyard gives a nice ambience to the interior. July 10, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by Woken up in the early hours of the morning Whilst for the most part my stay was enjoyable it was extremely annoying, and frankly unnecessary, that when my bill was put under my door the person doing so knocked on my door very loudly at 4.22 am and woke me up. very poor indeed.
