The first day after returning from a lovely day at your golf course the room was not cleaned and I had to go to the front desk and ask them to have it cleaned. This was at 6:15 p.m. March 12, 2013

Super friendly staff, quiet comfortable rooms with great amenities and great location for almost anything. All within a 3 hour drive of our home. Great fit for us. February 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by FANTASTIC Customer Service! We recently stayed at this property for our child's sport's tournament. Upon arrival, I was instantly impressed with the level of customer service. Within 3 minutes, we were fully checked in and sent up to our room with all of the information we needed for our three-night stay. The room was clean and up-to-date, and the shower in the bathroom was FANTASTIC. The service to clean our room and bring new towels each day was well done. The valet staff at the hotel are, by far, my favorite I've ever used. By the second day, they remembered us by name and were so polite and helpful, even with directions. The only down-side of this hotel was the breakfast. Our sports club's contract included breakfast for everyone attending. We had a different buffet from everyone else, and it included no meat. One of the worst breakfasts we've had on trips. We ended up not using the hotel for breakfast and instead visited Braums, IHOP and one day a convenience store. But, the customer sevice? It doesn't get any better than this location! September 6, 2013

My family enjoy staying here as the rooms are always clean and the staff knows me by name and helps me anyway that they can after a long day at the office. The pool was great. Thank you. Pool was fun for adults and kids, bocce court, putting green and poolside drinks all kept us occupied. Room was comfortable and quiet and service from all hotel employees was exemplary. Rated 4 out of 5 by Our 3rd time staying here We've stayed here 3 times now, and we've loved it every time. The first time was a happy accident, but ever since, we've stayed here because of the pool/waterslide/waterfall combo that my kids love. We can (and have) spent all day at the pool itself. However, this year was a disappointment in that department. The waterslide was only open for 1 DAY (4th of July), and the other days was blocked off and not running. My kids were very disappointed; this is their favorite part of the trip and the hotel. We asked the staff why it wasn't open, and we were repeatedly told "we have to wait for the lifeguard to show up". Well, she was only there 1 out of the 6 days we were at the hotel. If you're going to have a waterslide, and you require a lifeguard to run it, then hire a full-time lifeguard! Otherwise, it's just torture for the kids (and the parents who have to answer the "why isn't the waterslide open?" question a million times a day). Also, it would be nice to have a specific kids' channel like Disney Jr. or Nick Jr. on your channel lineup. You have a Disney Jr. in SPANISH, but not one in English. The staff is wonderful, and very helpful in anything we needed. The rooms are nice and roomy. We would like to stay here again, but only if the waterslide situation is worked out; the annoyance of that with my kids isn't worth repeating. July 8, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Shopping Trip to Stonebriar The hotel staff was Excellent, the room carpet was pretty dirty.. we had our dog with us so maybe we got a room that was recently used by another pet owner and it hadn't been cleaned completely. Otherwise the stay was great and we were treated very well! October 28, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hotel has Great Property! I love this hotel in Frisco/North Dallas. I stay here whenever I travel to Dallas and have always been very pleased with my experience. The rooms, restaurants, bar, and grounds are all very nice. I also sleep better on the Heavenly bed than I do at home! November 14, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by My Favorite Starwood Property in Dallas I love this hotel. When I arrived at 8:00 PM, I was standing outside finishing up a phone call. The valet was not there, but the front desk manager ran out, asked my name, got my bags, then immediately thanked me for my loyalty as a platinum member by memory. Once inside he apologized that the hotel was so booked that he couldn't offer me a suite, but gave me a nice room on the SPG floor with a balcony. The next morning, I woke up extremely sick. I called room service for some soup. The woman first said they did not have chicken noodle soup, but then determined I was sick and had the chef make a batch. The delicious soup arrived with crackers, Gatorade, and diet cokes (my favorite). The room service attendant would not let me pay because, "sick people don't pay for soup". The hotel is very well maintained and each staff member I encountered was phenomenal. I travel to Dallas a few times a month and although this hotel is not as close to my meetings, I will be trekking out to Frisco much more often just to stay at this hotel. Thanks Westin Stonebriar! Rated 3 out of 5 by Charge for Everything!! They charge $1.50 for LOCAL calls and $9.95 per day for internet. No thanks I'll stick with the Hilton that doesn't charge for local calls or internet usage. This place is nice, but I will stay with the Hilton. January 13, 2013
