Rated 5 out of 5 by Familyvisit Staff was extremely helpful and agreeable
We stayed here when my two-year old grandson had open-heart surgery at Stanford. The reservations manager gave us quiet rooms as requested and the cleaning staff did extra work to disinfect the rooms before we arrived since we were trying to keep him germ-free ahead of surgery. Everyone was helpful and accommodating, and we really appreciated their responsiveness.

Rated 1 out of 5 by LifetimePt1 Very bad experience
Lifetime Platinum member checked-in for 3 nights. After the 1st night, house keeping threw away my 3 subscribed magazine and hypoallergenic specially-formulated cleansing lotion in travel-proof bottle directly to the hotel garbage! In addition, one can hear (even in suite) the toilet flushing, water running and A/C units from adjacent rooms.
Buffet breakfast in their restaurant is average. Bed is far too soft. No shower gel, only regular hand soap bar. Curtain do not block light properly.
Not recommended especially considering the very high price (jacked-up during weekdays) and very poor quality of services.

Rated 3 out of 5 by SRW7 Ran out of King Beds
They ran out of King Rooms. Staff seemed to make it feel like it happens all the time. Took a day and three phone calls for anyone to even pretend it was their mistake. Didn't expect an issue & didn't expect it to be so much work for me to fix their error,

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pinky2287 counting days till I return
Wend down to get some serious r&r before my very hectic fiscal six months. Spent five magical days with everyone.
"it's a small world after all" one night I was speaking with a lady at the pool and it turned out that she grew up 1 block from where I live now. Considering that I live in Toronto (ON) it is a small world. Counting days till I return.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Bruin90 Way overpriced for what you get
Great location for meetings in the area, but. . .
- beyond the lobby and what appears to be a decent restaurant, the facilities are drab & sterile, reminiscent of a Courtyard or similar
- bed comfort was so-so (it was short-sheeted!)

Rated 4 out of 5 by PA2015 Decent stay - room for improvement
The hotel is pretty nice is very close to the Stanford Campus. The rates were fairly high due to homecoming weekend. There appeared to be a cigarette burn on the coffee table and there were noticeable stains on the carpet. Not great considering the premium rates charged for the stay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Barbavanti Wedding weekend
Great accommodations. Friendly staff. Clean and pleasant room. Ice maker didn't work on our floor. Should be free wifi. They credited us though. Wonderful weekend. Thanks Sheraton pool was better. Nice we could use it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pinky2287 Two trips, one more to come
Arrived in August on a gorgeous sunny day, could hardly wait to be poolside. Did not take long.....
Always wonderful to come for a few days and be pampered, which I was.
First time I am making three trips, one in May, August and looking forward to October.
Always leave feeling much better than when I arrived. Everyone is always very warm and welcoming. Just what a person needs.
See you soon !
