Rated 5 out of 5 Weekend Away in Dublin
My girfriend and I had an excellent stay at the Westin, the staff was attentive and catered to every need. The breakfast was excellent and the service the concierge provided for ou trip out to Kells for our friends wedding was superb. When I return to Dublin, I won't consider staying anywhere else.

From the very start, pulling up at the door in the rain, we were immediately surrounded by umbrellas and staff waiting to take care of our every need. That set the scene for three amazing days of over and above service - from the amazing breakfasts to ever-so-helpful staff, to concierge knowledge, to a special 50th wedding note for my parents, to the front desk efficiency, to the spectacular rooms. My whole family came away with a resounding "amazing" in relation to our stay.

the WESTIN IN Dublin WAS Comfortable AND THE BEST LOCATION. Our room , bed, bathroom, was the best. The breakfast delicious and they have a gym. The location was in the middle of everything. Could not have been better!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. It's well decorated, large bathrooms and great location. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel in many ways - I have stayed here many times now but have now become so frustrated with the check-out delays that I won't return now and cannot recommend it until I hear from someone it's changed.
Each time I have stayed recently I have had to queue, and queue, and queue......just when one needs to leave in rush-hour. I don't understand why either more staff aren't laid on at rush hours, or, a box for a key drop checkout is available as per other Westin's around the world. I did raise this at the time but haven't heard any more.
I'm a Platinum SPG member so have stayed in quite a few Starwood hotels global - this is the worst in this regard.
