This was our first time staying and we were impressed! The rooms were a nice size and very clean.The grounds around the area are beautiful. We spent a lot of time at the pool with our kids and it was a great experience as well. The staff at the pool were friendly and efficient. They have crafts and projects for the kids to do.The entire family had a blast on the water slide. Looking forward to another trip here again.

Excellent family resort for a quick get away or just a break from city life! Staying in the Villas, make it a great way for families to have the comforts of a full kitchen and dining in or out option. We have made the Westin Mission Hills and annual family retreat!

The stairs to the room had wood rot, and were in need of dire maintenance. The umbrellas at the pool looked like they came from the Beverly Hillbillies storage locker, torn, ripped and hideous. We are 4 Star Elite and received a room overlooking two parking lots. This property does not treat their owners very well, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was our second time at this resort and our first time staying in the villas. Being daily guests and not time share owners made for some minor frustrations. Our unit was not serviced three out of our seven days. We had to call each day to ask it be cleaned. Time share owners only get one mid week and staff just assumed we were owners.
We're not greeted or treated as SPG Gold members like we were in the hotel side on our last stay.

This was my 3rd or 4th stay at these villas. i had alot if troubel this trip.
1. no hot water in my shower. i called and they said someone fixed it. i checked it later and it still did not work. i should have reported it again but i did not.
2. i was sleeping at the villa pool and the waitstaff kicked by chair to wake me up so he could ask me to pay the bill. i was not happy.
3. when checking out i called the front desk and asked for a person to help me carry the bags to car. i was assured they have this service. i called twice and they promised me someone was coming, no one came. i waited 30 minutes
4. i hat that you chareg $15 for parking and i can never get a spot near my room. this combined with the lack of bell service makes it hard to come and go. either dont charge for parking or have assigned spots near each villa.
i had a nice vacation despite the villas and the westin service.

Was greeted at the front desk by Jacob who was very friendly, attentive and used my name. He noted that I was an SPG member and gave me an upgrade which was much appreciated. The following morning upon check out, I was again greeted by name by Jacob! I was impressed that he remembered my name. Great customer service! The property itself is beautifully landscaped and well kept. Great walking path alongside the golf course and the surrounding scenery was breathtaking.

this has to be one of the best places i've stayed in, in a LONG time! When we checked in our room it wasn't ready but the front desk clerk, was very polite and told us we had full access to the pool and surrounding. Our kids had a blast on the water slide.
** one thing that caught my attention was the housekeeping crew was SOOOOO NICE!!!! i give them props!!! every single housekeeping we ran into acknowledged us with good morning etc. SOOO NICE!!

I chose to stay at the Westin Mission Hills when welcoming my son home from Afghanistan. We spent a few days reconnecting in Rancho Mirage. I didn't expect the place we stayed to have such an impact on our time. The grounds and amenities are truly first class and offered plenty options without leaving the grounds. Yet it was the staff who made the difference, they are the best I have experienced. From the front desk staff who handled special requests, to the kind and attentive waitress at the breakfast cafe, to the accommodating housekeeping staff we encountered, we were pampered. I will definitely return to the Westin Mission Hills Resort.
