Staff are very courteous and polite. They are attentive to our request and they made sure that our needs are met to make us feel at home and comfortable. Hotel is clean,Starbuck restaurant is amazing, I love it! Places we wanted to see are at a walking distance. We will definitely come back on our next trip.

Stayed for 2 nights before and after a cruise. The location is perfect only minutes walking to Times Square. The hotel was clean, the room spotless and the bed super comfortable. All staff were smiling and helpful. Would most highly recommend and will definitely hope to stay here again. Perfect in every way.

We were very pleased with our recent stay. From check in through check out, the process was easy and stress-free. We really enjoyed our room which was very large for Manhattan standards, clean and appeared to be recently rennovated. The bed, in particular, was very comfortable. We will be sure to come back.

The hotel is great!
Perfect location in the center of everything.
I've spent three stays at this property and each time the staff has been friendly, helpful and met all my needs. The room was exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable. I just booked my fourth stay and am looking forward to returning.

The hotel location is great especially for Broadway shows. The hotel provides discount parking at a 44th street facility ($27 for 24 hrs) which is great compared to between $45 to $55. Room was very comfortable a little too hot in the room and unable to fix the temperature, but overall a good experience.

I have stayed at this hotel the past 3 weeks for work. Great location with subway station right across the street! Rooms have always been clean and fitted with upgraded amenities. Front desk is always very helpful, and the bell hop always takes good care of my luggage. I would recommend this property.

From our first step up to the Registration desk for Gold and Platinum members we were greeted warmly by Hector. He was very gracious and helped us to upgrade to celebrate my Mother's 80+ birthday.
We were very happy with the room and the hospitality.

For NYC, this hotel was friendly, helpful, courteous, comfortable, and very enjoyable. I look forward to coming back again next year, hopefully.
The location is also nice, close to Times Square but not in the middle of it.

This hotel is in an ideal location. You are just blocks away from all the attractions, Times Square, amazing restaurants, Rockafella Plaza, 5th Avenue, and much more. The room was comfortable, only issue was the very loud pipes, we could hear when other guests on our floor were using their restroom.

Every staff member was helpful and knowledgeable from getting us a garage, taxi, restaurant, handling of luggage, checking in and out quickly etc.
The bed was top notch comfortable.
We were hoping for a reasonably priced breakfast in the hotel, but since eggs were $25-28 we decided to go elsewhere.

We visit NYC often and always enjoy our stays at the Westin. The staff is friendly and vey helpful. The rooms are large for the city, and of course, the bed and shower add to the comfort. This is a convienent location and the concierge is great about providing tips, suggestions and recommendations.

room had some cleanliness issues when we first arrived.
1. Hair found on bathrobe
2. cup ring stains found in bathroom
3. dead flys squished on window
fridge was not working, house cleaning did not come to make up our room 1 day. Difficult process to change rooms.
Club sandwich was not very good.

I have not been a guest for a while. However, the front desk treated me like a "regular" as I used to be. The wonderful woman at the Front Desk was most kind. I was given a lovely room, and I am most grateful. I look forward to my next trip to NYC and a stay at the Westin Times Square. Thank you!!

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and this was the most unpleasant experience. They were working in the hotel, so during the day, you constantly heard this LOUD vibrating noise. The internet was spotty, at best. During Saturday, the water in the shower completely went off for about an hour.

We spent two noghts at the Westin Time Square over the Easter Weekend. On both mornings there was no hot water for showers. After reporting the problem on the first morning, we expected the issue to be resolved on the second morning, but we were told that there was a "problem with the plumbing".

This hotel was clearly not staffed up sufficiently for the holiday week guests. Our requests for additional, blankets, towels and robes all took repeated calls (and sometimes hours!) before they were addressed. The water pressure in the shower was also ridiculously low. We don't expect to return.

Early morning construction in the hotel was not acceptable. When I discussed the issue with the man at the front desk he basically called me a liar and the construction does not start until 8am. I know i was disrupted before that, and even it was 8am (which it wasn't)... that is still too early.

The Westin is a great hotel with the heavenly beds and the Shula bar and restaurant. In addition its surrounded by great restaurants and the Broadway theaters all within about 3 blocks.

The friendly staff from the bellmen, front desk check-in, to housekeeping greetings with a friendly welcome smile. Must go to Shullaʻs Bar a nice, quiet intimate spot away from the hustle and bustle, Dominic is a gem. The access to the theaters is such a great feature. Itʻs Home away from Home.

The room was ok but I was floored when I paid $8 for silver ware I needed when I had food brought in from outside the hotel. I also had no wireless internet access in the room. The food and drinks were ok but over priced even by NYC standards. Next year for NRF I think I will go somewhere else.

Needs improvement. I had to ask for laundry bags late in the night and had left my clothes in it by the door the next morning when I left at 8am. On returning by 9pm, I found that my clothes had not been picked up and I had to check out the next morning. Wonder where the process lapsed.

The wireless internet, which the hotel charges a pretty penny for if you're not platinum, was unreliable. It took me an hour to send an email attachment, and to do so I had to sit on the floor next to my door to keep a signal. Unacceptable for a hotel that tends to cater to business travelers.

I like this hotel! The location of The Westin New York at Times Square is incredible, especially for shorter stays because you will be in the center of all the main things that a tourist would like to see; wait until you see the lights at night.

The hotel was extremely overpriced and there was nothing to rave about. My mini-fridge had been used as a personal refrigerator by the previous guest and no one bothered to clean it. For $750++ a night, I'd rather not touch someone else's half eaten sandwich when I go in for a bottle of water!

The hotel is conveniently accessible to the subway, Grand Central, and Port Authority.
We were expecting a King size bed in our Suite and it was clearly a full size.
With the exception of a very poor judgement call by an evening security manger regarding our safety, everything else was fine.

I enjoyed my 4 night stay at the hotel. The staff were uniformly courteous and helpful. The room was in great condition, with a super view of Manhattan. The gym was in excellent shape, with high quality equipment. Overall, a wonderful stay at a convenient location.
