The hotel is not only beautiful , but the staff there are all very accommodating, polite and friendly. They make everyone feel as if their stay is very important.

The experience was great. Staff was outstanding.
The bed wasn't as comfortable as other Westin's or hotels I've stayed in.
I would stay at this location again.

The hotel is nice, with good amenities, but all in all I was disappointed. Drinks were small for the price. Equipment in room not up to par. Food portions small.

this hotel is located in a great place in charlotte. you are in walking distance from eating establishments/resturants; movie theathers, sporting events, etc..

Check-in process was excessively long.
The front desk was not properly staffed to efficiently handle the large groups that were arriving at the same time.

My stay is generally overnight, so I am not in my room except mainly to sleep and shower. The facility is always clean and the staff are very helpful.

The hotel was spotless inside, and the staff was very friendly. Great location. The food is a bit pricey, but there are alternative options close by.

Carpeting was stained. I can't stand pillow top mattresses. Floor was better. Comforters were too warm and bulky for this type of weather.

Somehow they never cleaned our room? It was crazy we came back to our room with guesses and it was a mess. Never cleaned.
