I would like to recommend this hotel for its good accomodation, excellent facilities and excellent service from hotel staffs. Every morning my day brightens because most of the staff greets and always smiling in which helps to start my day. Also, I would like to recommend housekeeping staff who cleans my room everyday, their names are Nazmul and Habib. I find it very relaxing everytime I go back to my room from a busy and tiring day. My bed is well organized, my shoes are well organized as well and my supplies like shampoo, and conditioner are well provided. In case I need another item like mouthwash I just wrote a note and they will provide as well.
Congratulations for having staffs like Habib and Nazmul and also those staff in the lobby as they will help the guests start their day in a good way.

exceptional service...very willing staff to help at any time!!!Fresh and local tasty food.....amazing bathroom in the room,and the most important for me...fluffy pelows!
Highly recommend a western stay in the centre of Asia!!

The initial impression of the hotel and the ammenities was very good. I was offered an upgrade to the Club Floor, although the cost was high I felt it was it with the addiitonal features being offered. The Club floor was very nice and the staff was very attentive remembering my name each day along with co-workers. I was then disappointed when I checked out and saw that my laundry was not covered and was charged addiitonal fees. The free laundry was for 4 peices per day which was not clearly explained. I put in 12 pieces once for a 3 day stay and was charged for all pieces over the initial 4 free pieces. Although the front desk attempted to make it right by charging 50% of the amount, the discussion at 4am check out should not have occurred. If I stay at this location again in the future, I will not pay for the upgrade as it not as advertised

Overall the hotel is good and has made changes but the security has been high handed in stopping guest. Security stop guest who has stayed with the hotel from the beginning, and they do not recognition guest.
I was stopped from entry even though I have stayed with the hotel.
If ever there is a choice, I would not stay at this hotel as this is not a home away from home.

The hotel offers very good amenities. The service is excellent. This includes the staff and management at check-in area, concierge, and the club lounge on the 21st floor.

Needs some training for the staffs to change there attitude towards the guest, especially I think if it is a airline crew.

Enjoyed my stay very much. Felt welcome by all staff and especially in the executive club lounge. Food was excellent, tried a variety of dishes, local and continental, all were made deliciously. Pool and spa area was relaxing. Had airport pick up and drop, went superbly. Also had the hotel car service on several occasions, the driver was most professional and the car was comfortable and had working seat belts. Very service minded staff and a great atmosphere everywhere.
Only downsize was the top floor bar which didn't feel like belonging to the hotel. It was more like a pub in a bad neighborhood in the UK... Staff was not service minded and I didn't feel welcome.
Reception wasn't very helpful with my checkout but the executive club lounge sorted everything out splendidly.
4/5 overall rating, will be back but not visit the bar on 23rd floor and will not use the reception on check out
