Rated 5 out of 5 by Alexey Great hotel. Perfect location. Excellent for meetings.
First time we had a training session at the Westin Grand Frankfurt and all were very positively impressed about the hotel, its meeting facilities and the hotel's location that offers limitless options for after hours activities. During the meeting we always had this feeling of convenience, when you think of something and its either already there or can be very easily arranged. It is of course a lot to do with the smart design and equipment, but - most of all - what makes it all happen is the attentiveness and great care of the hotel staff. Look forward to having more meetings at the Westin Grand.

Im a platinum member and for the first time in many years, did not receive any kind of recognition or matter at my frequent customer status. No upgrade, no amenittie, nobody cares.
The executive club has a terrible service, in my stay there was non available table in the morning, not very clean, and again, nobody cares,

Dies war mein erster Besuch in Frankfurt und das Hotel hat mich vollstens ueberzeugt, dort wieder zu uebernachten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat den Aufenthalt (war geschaeftlich in Frankfurt) sehr angenehm gemacht. Das Hotel ist auch auf meinen Wunsch eingegangen, im Make A Green Choice zu partizipieren. Das Essen war leicht, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker, und ich hatte das Gefuehl, trotz der Tagungen dort viel Energie getankt zu haben. Ein wirklich gelungener Aufenthalt!

Dreitägiges Arbeitstreffen. Tolle Betreuung durch kompetente Meeting Concierge, abwechslungsreiches Business Lunch. Durch zentrale Lage konnte auch die Innenstadt zwischendurch ausgekundschaftet werden. Jederzeit wieder!

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel nicht wohlgefühlt,mussten um Hauslatschen betteln,Bademantel wurde nur auf Anfrage für eine 2.Person gestellt& der Saunabereich entspricht auch nicht einem 5Sterne Hotel.Personal am Empfang empfanden wir als sehr überheblich.

Thank you for a lovely Easter weekend. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The only thing was that I was never offered my SPG Gold amenity (would have had the extra points) and with the club lounge moving all the time there was no Internet access.
Other than that it was superb.
