Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Comfort and fantastic breakfast So happy with my stay in the Westin Warsaw. Would love to come back. Everything met my expectations from a 5* hotel. And the gym is above average compared to other hotels. I love the service that you can rent a complete sportoutfit. March 22, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by never go there again in my life Receptionists do not know how properly print invoice. I did not get money return from my company, as work travel. I contacted hotel service by email, but they said it can not be corrected in a way I can get money return. I visited many hotels before and never had problems with proper invoice. I will never book this hotel again in my life. March 17, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Wonderful hotel, terrible staff relationships The hotel was great. However I was informed at check in the wifi was not included and that I would need to pay extra for this service. This was disappointed. I was also facilitating a meeting in one of their conference rooms. After the meeting I was approached by a member of staff and told I had to pay for the conference room out of my own pocket as there was an issue with the company payment. This was after I was assured everything was fine. The woman was rude and unsympathetic as I was trying to figure out a way to solve the issue. I understand why they needed the payment but the staff need to be trained on how to deal with customers in difficult situations. She just said "I know you're not happy but you have to pay it" This is not customer service. She then just stood next to me in silence as I paid, took my receipt and ran away. It was ridiculous. I will never choose The Westin for work purposes again which is a same because the rest of the hotel was lovely. January 22, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Value Property Warsaw is known as a relatively inexpensive destination, but even for those standards, this hotel is amazing value. The semi-open lifts are gorgeous and the common areas bright and spacious, although they can get pretty crowded due to the sheer size of the hotel. We got upgraded to a 17th floor corner room thanks to my SPG Gold status, which was a very nice touch. The room itself is exactly what you'd expect from an upmarket Westin property, albeit with a slightly bigger bathroom. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in the past few years, with an ample choice of pastry, juices, meat etc. The in-house airport shuttle was also inexpensive compared to other Central European destinations. All things considered, it was one of the best stays we've had over the past couple of years and I'd personally return without a doubt. January 18, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Good Choice in Warsaw Three SPG properties in Warsaw, all of which have good reputations. I chose the Westin for my eight-night stay. No regrets. First time I've cashed in suite upgrade requests, and that put me in a very nice room. But everything was great. The fitness center was clean and everything worked. Breakfast in the Lounge was fine, but even better (if more hectic) in the restaurant. Everything in my room was clean and worked properly, including HVAC and room safe. My limited staff interactions were favorable. There were three English language newspapers available at the front desk. November 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Beyond Expectations As a very frequemt traveller and living out of hotels has basically become my life. I find this place extremely unique as I feel "at home" each time I arrive here. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and warm. They go above and beyond any expectations that I have. The bar staff are so friendly. I recommend this hotel and give two thumbs up. Thank you for making me feel at home :) November 21, 2014
