Rated 5 out of 5 by Great get away hotel We always stay at this hotel when visiting Warsaw for fun and to see some relatives. The hotel has a great breakfeast in the lounge and is in a quiet location. The new beds and pillows are wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. July 15, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good hotel - 4 star level I have been a frequent guest to the hotel restaurant which I consider one of the best for fusion cuisine in Warsaw. I have decided to stay on my recent trip for a week in Westin as a hotel guest. It is a very good hotel. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, staff is professional. Immediate surroundings of the hotel are not exceptional but it is a relatively short walk to the city center and a little bit longer to the Old Town. For a relatively big hotel fitness room is small, there is only small co-educative sauna and there is no swimming pool. The executive lounge lacks a bit of character – it is more like a waiting room with limited selection of refreshments. It is much more enjoyable to spend a time in a bar although the bar space is cut through by a corridor that leads to a second exit therefore it is hard to enjoy a bit of intimacy. Using Internet was cumbersome – one had to retrieve a code at a reception desk and after undefined amount of time (sometimes 5 hours, sometimes 12 hours) the code would stop working. It was annoying to call for a new code every second day. The choice of TV channels was limited and quality of picture was mediocre (no possibility to watch World Cup games in high definition – which was a case in a previous hotel I was staying). It is a good hotel and if you can get a good price I would recommend it. It lacks however this little extra attention at the reception desk, a tad improved amenities or some extra décor that would make you go “wow”. July 15, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice hotel Hotel was clean. Nice. Staff worked super hard to accommodate every request. Extra pillows. snacks and drinks. . Plus odd ones from our teens in another room.breakfast was great.. Nice bar too. Something for everyone. You can most definitely walk to old town or the opposite direction to the old soviet building or hard rock. We would stay here again. July 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hotel has a very good service ... and attraction to stay there (centre of Warsaw, 30 min to airport) but could improve in case of wellness (no relax room available in the sauna area) and participation in milage programs (only memebership guarantees milage bonus at M&M) July 7, 2014
