Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel This hotel was clean and very comfy. I got a very quiet room at the end of a hallway, even though there were a couple of large events the same night of my stay. I loved that fact that they made me feel welcome with my (very well behaved) dog. Some hotels claim to be "pet friendly" but then treat you like a leper by placing you in the less desirable rooms and/ or charging an outrageous fee. They even brought up a Heavenly doggie bed, and a set of dog bowls and a placemat. My only issue is that when I went to the restaurant for breakfast on Sunday morning, it was VERY LOUD. Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable, but Humid I ended up booking the Westin because of the level of comfort and the level of staff friendliness that I'd experience before. It was also relatively close to the Princeton campus area where I was attending a wedding. The Westin at Forrestal Village had the loveliest lobby with some of the nicest staff. My one issue with the West at Forrestal Village is the comfort level of the rooms. The weekend that I stayed at the Westin, the high was 95 degrees with a heat index of 105. It was brutally hot and humid outside, and I just wanted a cold room. However, walking into my hotel room, it wasn't hot, but it was very muggy. I tried turning down the air conditioning to 60 and even turned the fan to high. However, the room was just still muggy. I talked to the front desk agent to see if there was anything to do, and she was extremely helpful. She called the facilities engineer to see if he could do anything to the air conditioner. It seemed to help a little, but the room was humid again the next day. The room was definitely livable and comfortable with the Heavenly Bed and other features, but it would be great to update some of these rooms to have stronger air conditioning when the weather is scorching hot in the summer time. Rated 1 out of 5 by Terrible room service The room service staff is the worst I've seen at any SPG hotel. One of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash set in the room is often missing (wait till you discovery that while you are already in the shower), lost my laptop charger one time, lost two bottles of wines the other time, the housekeeping staff and front desk argue with each other about who should take my question of where did my green choice voucher go for 10 min while having me wait at my door, etc. Other parts of the hotel is good. Rated 2 out of 5 by Subpar in Many Ways There was water leaking into the room when it rained yet there was no bottled water ( until the second night). This was my third or fourth stay here and it has gotten slightly better because they added a hotel bar where they had none to speak of before. Still, few of the staff seem willing to provide service beyond the minimum. I'm a Starwood platinum member having endevoured to receive some benefits through the Spg loyalty program, yet clearly that means nothing at this location. I wish they had warned me. I'd stay elsewhere and will in future visits to Princeton. July 25, 2016

All of our questions where answered in a very professional manner. The only name that was given to me was James K. behind the desk helped us in many ways. July 12, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Lovely Small Hotel – Good location This was my first stay in Princeton and I was in town for 1 night to meet a client. The hotel is in a nice area with some restaurants close by within walking distance from the hotel. The area is very charming and relaxing. The hotel is small but modern and has all the standard Westin amenities. Since it’s a suburban location there is a nice outdoor space connected to the hotel as well as large free parking. The lobby was comfortable to work in as I was waiting for my room to be ready that afternoon. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful which made my stay even more pleasant. If I am back in the area for more client meetings I will definitely stay at the Westin! June 29, 2016
