Patima Sidik is a wonderful lady at the hotel restaurant! She is very friendly, warm and offers prompt service. The waitress at the lobby Starbucks is also very nice. It's great pleasure to start the morning with their bright smiles.

I've stayed at this Westin regularly for several months. I would describe it as a Westin "light" (plastic cups in the rooms instead of class, no club lounge...etc). The staff has always been very helpful and responsible, and the beds are quite comfortable. The rooms are hit or miss; usually very clear, but have had issues once or twice. Hotel has recently changed it's policy that only "corporate" guests have access to the shuttle; upsetting that Starwood Preferred Status doesn't warrant the same courtesy.

Overall my experience was "fine" however I checked out early and while I departed for an early meeting I realized when a few miles away that I left my glasses in the room- I immediately called the hotel and explained I just checked out 15 minutes ago- the young lady took my info but she was clearly distracted because our conversation was repeatedly interrupted by laughter with colleagues. Later that afternoon I called again to inquire about the glasses only to find out the new person I spoke with had no recollection or notes related to my glasses- I gave her all my info again and it's now 24 HR later and not a single phone call to tell me about my fairly expensive glasses. I have to order new glasses now and that will cost me a few hundred dollars on top of the temporary readers I bought for 20 bucks. I understand it's my fault I left them behind but the customer service for a gold, soon to be platinum member is unacceptable and unacceptable even if I didn't stay with spg as often as I do.

This was my first time staying at a Westin Hotel and now I will continue to stay at more of them. My experience that day was great, the room was well maintained and just overall looked amazing. Staff was very courteous and welcomed me with a greeting and was overall very smooth process. I will now consider The Westin next time I book a hotel.

This hotel was clean and very comfy. I got a very quiet room at the end of a hallway, even though there were a couple of large events the same night of my stay.
I loved that fact that they made me feel welcome with my (very well behaved) dog. Some hotels claim to be "pet friendly" but then treat you like a leper by placing you in the less desirable rooms and/ or charging an outrageous fee.
They even brought up a Heavenly doggie bed, and a set of dog bowls and a placemat.
My only issue is that when I went to the restaurant for breakfast on Sunday morning, it was VERY LOUD. Next time, room service. :-)

I ended up booking the Westin because of the level of comfort and the level of staff friendliness that I'd experience before. It was also relatively close to the Princeton campus area where I was attending a wedding. The Westin at Forrestal Village had the loveliest lobby with some of the nicest staff.
My one issue with the West at Forrestal Village is the comfort level of the rooms. The weekend that I stayed at the Westin, the high was 95 degrees with a heat index of 105. It was brutally hot and humid outside, and I just wanted a cold room. However, walking into my hotel room, it wasn't hot, but it was very muggy. I tried turning down the air conditioning to 60 and even turned the fan to high. However, the room was just still muggy.
I talked to the front desk agent to see if there was anything to do, and she was extremely helpful. She called the facilities engineer to see if he could do anything to the air conditioner. It seemed to help a little, but the room was humid again the next day.
The room was definitely livable and comfortable with the Heavenly Bed and other features, but it would be great to update some of these rooms to have stronger air conditioning when the weather is scorching hot in the summer time.
