Enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the Living room very much too, however I wish there would be more variety, it could get a bit boring for guests staying more than 1 night. July 30, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by After 12 years still like brand new As frequent traveller, I've stayed here since when it's brand new to today. The rooms are very well maintained and service from reception and executive lounge and door man always excellent. They know me by name and I feel valued and it feels like second home. Please fix the water thermometer in every room. When you use the water or shower, it can turn super hot every few second before it cools down. Only maintenance issue. Otherwise it's excellent, March 8, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by I Love Westin! Been staying at this hotel every time i visit KL. This round I took the Exclusive Club upgrade for the first time. Oh yeah, it was totally worth it. Love the view and the setting and everything provided inside the club. The VIEW is AWESOME. I can stay inside the club all day long if i have the time. Also the early evening cocktail is super delicious and very generous! It feels like home to me. Haha! Thanks for the awesome experience. April 29, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Location but couldn't recognize the brand Not so helpful staff, arrived at 4pm but room is still not ready. We stayed at one bedroom executive residences but couldn't really recognize I am staying at a Westin. The room is spacious and clean, but the facilities are ordinary. The TV resolution is under HD, definitely should be improved. The pool is well below standard, and also the staff at the pool. Overall, the hotel is located conveniently but would have expected more from a Westin. February 20, 2014

The westin is so convenietly placed in the middle of activities in KL. services, food and location are so good that made our stay so good> however services at main breakfast area need some improvement in collecting dirty plates. One can notice waiters pass by looks busy but in reality they just wounder around without much attention to customer service. Also Egg bar is always busy and short of staff to accomodate for demand December 31, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by GREAT LOCATION, GREAT PRIVATE WESTIN EXECUTIVE CLUB LOUNGE I like the convenience of location which is within short walking distance of Bukit Bintan Rapid Rail Station. The Westin Executive Club Lounge was quiet without the usual sounds of normal F & B outlets. Very cozy, made you felt very relax and at ease. Have a sip of wine, or a cuppa and watch the world goes by. I like about the SuperFoods Info labels where little write ups about each type of foods or fruits contains which types of vitamins and minerals. Also the labelling to inform you whether this is a vegetarian dish or otherwise. Great concept. The friendly staffs were there to attend to our needs when needed. A suggestion though: Serviettes should be placed at all tables so that it's more readily available for guests whenever they need it. Or staffs should ensure that serviettes are brought together with the foods or snacks served. December 4, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Staff quality has to be improved Front desk staff should brief the guests about hotel facilities, eg gym, pool, dining area etc. They could have done better. Awesome breakfast, love their gym facilities and yoga class. I cant find other hotel who cares about healthy lifestyle of their guests so much! well done! July 21, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent room and location Room is very clean and well equip. World Cup channel is also available in room free which makes this stay a bonus. The location of the hotel is smack right in the shopping district with lots of shopping malls and food within reach. Only fall back is traffic is a bit bad there, which is quite normal in KL for heavy traffic. Overall, a very good experience and stay with the hotel. Excellent! June 15, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by First choice in KL Hotel is in a good location for business - especially with big companies located in downtown. It is quite near Petronas Towers and all that is nearby. There are many places nearby to eat - from fancy to street food. Hotel facilities are outstanding, with one of the nicest lounges of any Westin in Asia. July 15, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Disappointed We stayed in a room at the back , at night there was music till late night (may be due to Karaoke lounge nearly). Does Westine has double glazed window? Deeply disappointed that nobody mentioned the "hats off" food promotion at all when we checked in, so we missed the chance of sampling the good food, The buffet dinner at Living Room was really disappointing, pasta was not cooked properly, the chinese style grilled seafood was too saltish too May 13, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Bad hotel reservation and long check in time Reserved using corporate rate through email, received a reply after 3 days. After confirming credit card detail via email to secure the booking, no response after that. Have to call and made another booking because the first booking was not in the system. Arrived in the hotel, the longest waiting for check-in I have ever experienced, I don't know how the front office people trained in Westin KL. No other guest around so it is not a busy day. Rated 4 out of 5 by Air Con Problem in my room I got a room in the hotel on 20th January 2013 for my whole day meeting event on 21st January 2013. In my room, the air con was working perfectly fine when I first checked in. But as I slept throughout the night, I woke up at 3am (yes! in the middle of the night), because it became so hot. The air con temperature was 8 degree celcius, but it was so HOT that I couldnt even use any blanket. Short after that, water was leaking from the ceililng. I called the operator but because it was midnight, there's nothing that can be done. Maintenance guys cant fix the problem at that hour, and I cant possibly move all my things and change room too at that hour! The next day was actually my meeting day at The Westin Synergy Room and I couldnt concentrate in the meeting at all because of my lack of sleep the night before! It was a horrible experience for me! Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel has poor service and is poorly maintained The door key/ cards did function well or were faulty, we hv to change the cards for more than 3 times during our stay!! It is really inconvenient as we have to go down to reception a few time to inform the staff and change the cards, the phone near the lift or common Area was not working ! This has disrupted my work and I was late for my appointment with my clients! The hand shower is old and spoiled and we hv to request it to be changed! June 19, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by It's child friendly! I took my parents, my niece and nephew to the Westin KL over the weekend, to rest, shop, dine. My niece and nephew are usually well-mannered, but I think because their parents didn't come along, they became hyper! The staff was very kind to them (and us harried adults!) We thank our stars you also had a kids' menu - they loved the food and finished them up. All in all, we will come back but maybe not with the kids so we can rest! December 24, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Should Have Lowered My Expectations Maintenance in the rooms (both serviced apartment and deluxe room) could have been better. Signs of dried-up stains on floor around toilet bowls was quite evident even after housekeeping had done their daily routine. Wireless Internet connectivity was quite a chore as we kept getting disconnected. Daily charge of RM50 seemed a bit pricey. Turn-around service for the replenishment of food during breakfast leaves much to be desired. December 25, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by 5* Hotel 4* Staff Service Room is great, location superb, staff can do a lot better. Door staff brilliant, front desk so-so. Staff generally do not great guests in the lifts. 5Senses serves good food and good service, but was denied entry when booking thru coffee house. Coffee house service never fails to disappoint, each n every time in the past 3 visits, be it breakfast, afternoon tea or dinner. Fix the service bits and Westin KL would be truly 5 Star! Rated 2 out of 5 by not happy at all it took me 2 hour to check in because the hotel it was a fully booked and im a gold member. the costumer serves was very slow and nt help full at all and very bad . and I was with my wife in a honeymoon and I ask for something to make my wife happy but nothing give and really the manger was also nt helpful at all . im sorry for that I just say my stay was really bad in everything from the room to everything . Rated 5 out of 5 by The best hotel you can spend the slowly I have two nights in the club room on vacation. Bed is good especially comfortable room. Food was delicious, too kind is abundant. Are you going to be easy to go shopping, the Twin Towers are also within walking distance. In addition, it is the hotel that seems do you wish to stay. July 11, 2014

The staff is pretty consistent, they try their best, but sometimes the service is a little slow (checking in and checking out) or certain messages are miss-communicated (ordered a car from my room but the message was not passed on to the concierge) - no big deal. The hotel is very good overall - clean, great location, etc. Executive lounge is very good. March 16, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by see you soon :) all the fruit juice from the breakfast buffet used to be pulp-free. the honeydew juice used to be my favourite for its fresh natural sweetness and fresh aroma. i really miss how it used to be. roti prata became my new favourite this time and was super Awesome! fresh, crispy and absolutely wonderful with the mutton curry sauce :) lunch at prego was fabulous as usual. i am addicted to the salsa sauce served with the bread. Those well trained and friendly staff really make you feel like your home.The room I had really spacious and big enough for everything. The club lounge really lovely and well designed. I definitely will stay at this property again in my future when I returning from London. March 12, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by Very disappointing experience The room we stayed was not clean, and things are falling apart. The shower door does not have appropriate fitting so after shower the water would flood the whole bathroom. The staff response was not quick and sincere enough. No apology at time of check-out (I have a 4 night booking and decide to check-out early after 1 night). June 26, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Wonderful hotel for business travellers The room is clean, with a really comfortable bed. Facilities in the hotel are modern. Gym is also good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall a nice experience and i will definitely recommend to others. July 21, 2014
