Rated 4 out of 5 by Winter Vacation The hotel was well maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice with a great view and only 3 minutes walking to Village and Ski Hills and Ridge Runner ride. Pool area and washroom & Sauna needs a little more attention. Guest throw their towels everywhere and they don't seemed to be picked up as often as they should be. Sauna not working great. Was never hot but the pool and hot tubs were great. January 6, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Weekend Stay Was disappointed in the comfort of the bed, kept feeling I was falling off the edge, big hump in the middle. The TV was stressful, didn't always work had to call maintenance, didn't really fix it. Hotel was not as good as my stay at the Ottawa Westin. My room for 2 nights was $620.00, at that cost I expect more July 7, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by LEFTOVER FOOD IN FRIDGE I found a box of leftover pizza in my fridge but it was not there the day before and it does not belong to me. Someone must have accessed my room and put it in my fridge. This feels extremely unsafe. July 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by getaway The hotel catered to all of our needs. We were a group ranging in age from 2 yrs. to 72 years. Can't wait to return. August 2, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Our stay For the most part staff was friendly. For the price you pay for the room no idea why they would charge extra money for 3 days of internet access, a little excessive. On our last day there took 45 minutes to get breakfast served because of a group that was there. There excuse was they had to redo the sauce. If we would of known it would of taken that long we would of ate in the town as we were pushed for time. August 28, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Short vacation with Toddler We stayed for 3 nights at The Westin Trillium House, had a great time. Room was really clean. As a family with small children, we are really happy about the hygiene of everything in the room. Bed was really comfortable; almost as comfy as my own bed at home. The one bedroom suite had stove tops and cook ware, easy to cook for our little one. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and overall facility in Blue Mountains are pleasant. We enjoyed as much as we could. The O&B restaurant was delicious and convenient. Two disappointments: The kids club was under renovation. We didn't know about it when we were booking. Really wished that my daughter could spend some time there. Don't like the paid underground parking, especially during a non-peak season. It's Blue Mountains, not downtown Toronto. The free outdoor public parking as an alternative does compensate it a little though. June 27, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing hotel This was our first visit to Blue Mountain in many years and The westin hotel was excellent. We stayed in a 1 bedroom + den and it was great. The kitchen was really convenient especially with a 1-year old. The room was modern, very clean and comfortable. The amenities were also great, we really enjoyed the pool. We had dinner and breakfast at O&B and both were fantastic. We will be coming back for sure. October 14, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great family stay My family (husband, 5 y.o and 3 y.o) and I stayed at the Westin for 2 nights. We were able to check-in at the designated 4 pm time, and my request for a village view was honoured. The check-in staff were very friendly and courteous. It was our first time at this hotel, and were pleasantly surprised by the room, with high ceilings and roomy bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but pillows were lumpy. Noise level while sleeping was affected by the air conditioning sound going on and off (we had not adjusted the thermostat). The kitchenette was well appointed, except lacking a dish towel (which was given the next day). The major issue I had with this kitchen was the unwashed coffee machine. If you didn't bother having a cup of coffee, you wouldn't have known...but I opened the top, the coffee filter cup was crusted with old liquid, and I pulled out the glass pot and the top also was dirty. After seeing this, I proceeded to wash every plate, utensil, and cup in the dishwasher before I had my family use them for meals. If attention to detail can't be given to the coffee machine, I can't trust the other items would be clean as well. The pool temperature was wonderful, and towels were plentiful. The pool washroom was a bit musty smelling, but what can you expect for a pool bathroom. It was much appreciated that there were extra life jackets and pool toys for the kids! A great extra touch. The resort private beach also was a pleasant surprise. We went later in the day, and it was not very busy. Towel service and relatively clean washrooms! The vendor who was renting out the kayaks refused to rent out a boat to me after 5 pm (as they closed at 6pm). I understand since it was an hourly rental, they wanted to make sure guests returned their equipment on time...but I was a customer willing to pay full price (an hour's rental) for only 30 minutes because my son wanted to try the kayak (at 5:15pm). I was surprised an entrepreneur wouldn't take me up on that offer. Nonetheless, the experience at the beach was a pleasant one. The location of the hotel is great -- close to the village, activities, beach...a truly nice getaway for a few days. Thank you to the lovely staff! August 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wedding Bliss The purpose of our stay was for a wedding; which included the ceremony and dinner all in the comfort of the hotel conference area. What a beautiful setting; from the "winter" decor to the amazing lighting! Lighting really is everything. The food was top notch. I am still in awe that it was a buffet style. If you are looking for a wedding venue, you have come to the right place. Pure wedding bliss. December 21, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by comfortable I got a room facing the village on the fourth floor. It was a beautiful view. You can hear the water. It was peaceful. The staff was very helpful and polite. I also ate at Oliver and Bonacini restaurant downstairs. The service was excellent and the food is amazing. Compared to other restaurants like Tholos, Copper etc of the same price range, you could tell that O&B is on a different level. August 7, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ASSIST WITH NEEDS AND ALWAYS WITH A SMILE. LOCATION WAS AMAZING. I TRAVEL QUITE A LOT AND A HOTEL IS A HOTEL. IT IS THE STAFF THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE AND YOUR STAFF WAS AMAZING. WE ATE AT YOUR RESTAURANT, USED THE VALET, FRONT DESK, AND ROOM SERVICE AND EVERYONE EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND UPDATED. THANK YOU - WE WILL BE BACK. February 15, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Regular SPG user Good location Good hotel but not excellent and not 5+ Worth while if there are special pricing but not worth their full price. Good for a 3+ hotel July 21, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice room, good location Enjoyed our one night stay, will stay again, clean, well maintained, comfortable. Did not however appreciate noisy delivery trucks in the back of hotel,in the morning. July 18, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by the hotel has spectacular room views everything was excellent except there was a lot of dogs everywhere ie. lobby , hallways and outside of hotel. pets should not be allowed, vacationers should leave them home with a pet sitter. that was not appealing....... July 10, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Clean and spacious The 1 bedroom suite was spacious and clean. The hotel was close to all the Blue Mountain activities yet not right in the noisy village (5 minute walk). Staff were friendly and very helpful. July 15, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Family Hotel Our family stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. The pool and hot tub facilities are amazing and the staff are very pleasant. The one improvement that I would recommend is the sofa beds. The mattress on our sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable but we were forced to use it since we had a one bedroom suite and had the children with us. That said, it was a fantastic stay. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Stay, Great Staff Stayed at Westin Tillium House for my birthday weekend. Room was great, pool and hot tub spectacular in the snow, delicious breakfasts at O+B Restaurant. The front desk staff Taylor and Sam were the best, they even brought me a birthday card signed by the staff plus a little box of chocolates. Valet Andrew was helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back again. Thanks! January 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Beyond my expectations Took my wife here for our 5 years anniversary. When we arrived i was informed that our room has been upgraded for no extra cost due to a special occasion. On the table we had a card with congratulations and some chocolate. Everything was clean and all workers were nice and professional. Good restaurant in house makes a big difference. Recommend it for any occasion. January 10, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by EXCELLENT HOTEL Janet at front desk was most helpful regarding a minor mixup in reservations. All front desk and staff were very courteous and helpful. July 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Food & beverage I was not impressed with the quality and prices at the Oliver & Bonacini restaurant. The decor is nicely done, however, the prices for breakfast are outrageous, and I didn't care for the fried potatoes deep fryed, they should be done on the stove. June 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Location Location Location Love the location of this hotel - you can walk out to the village or ski hills. Room was clean and spacious - with kids kitchenette is a bonus. We all enjoyed the hot tub and outdor pool. The Staff was very helpfull and very thoughtful. My son was sick on our arrival and they sent him a note and some activities to keep him busy. This really made his day!! January 8, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by GREAT HOTEL - SUPER VALUE Just returned from a 4 night stay with our two granddaughters. We booked two rooms and just had a fabulous time. Our view of the pool area was outstanding. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Every meal we had at the hotel and village was delicious. Great shops and lots of things to do. I would highly recommend visiting the nearly caves. July 16, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Noise/Dirty towels Our room was located directly across from the Tele Comm room. The staff prop the door open and talk loudly all day. Having to also listen to the 2 way radios into the evening. Our room also had a rocking toilet and dirty towels. The towels had a bad odour and some of the towels were stained. My expectations were much higher for a hotel of this caliber. December 7, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Hotel Have stayed at the Westin Blue Mountain several times and it always exceeds my expectations. The rooms are clean and have beautiful views of the village. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. the hotel's restaurant, Oliver and Bonacini, is an excellent choice for a romantic dinner or a girls night in the village. The Westin never disappoints!! Rated 5 out of 5 by Westin Trillium I have stayed at a number of Starwood properties over the years and I must say that this property and the staff were exceptional. From being met by the Valet team on arrival right thru to the front desk and restaurant staff all were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a getaway. April 8, 2013
