Traveled with our two children and loved our stay. Friendly and helpful staff, great amenities, and a great room! Could not have asked for more. Our children just loved the pool area - swimming in the winter - what a luxury!

Went with husband and our 12-year-old daughter. Nice room, clean, and quick response for customer service. The village and distance to the slopes is ideal. Loved the hot tub and my daughter loved the pool.

Love the location of this hotel - you can walk out to the village or ski hills. Room was clean and spacious - with kids kitchenette is a bonus. We all enjoyed the hot tub and outdor pool. The Staff was very helpfull and very thoughtful. My son was sick on our arrival and they sent him a note and some activities to keep him busy. This really made his day!!

Just returned from a 4 night stay with our two granddaughters. We booked two rooms and just had a fabulous time. Our view of the pool area was outstanding. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Every meal we had at the hotel and village was delicious. Great shops and lots of things to do. I would highly recommend visiting the nearly caves.

Our room was located directly across from the Tele Comm room. The staff prop the door open and talk loudly all day. Having to also listen to the 2 way radios into the evening.
Our room also had a rocking toilet and dirty towels. The towels had a bad odour and some of the towels were stained.
My expectations were much higher for a hotel of this caliber.

Have stayed at the Westin Blue Mountain several times and it always exceeds my expectations. The rooms are clean and have beautiful views of the village. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. the hotel's restaurant, Oliver and Bonacini, is an excellent choice for a romantic dinner or a girls night in the village. The Westin never disappoints!!

I have stayed at a number of Starwood properties over the years and I must say that this property and the staff were exceptional. From being met by the Valet team on arrival right thru to the front desk and restaurant staff all were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a getaway.

My husband and our 2 daughter stayed for 2 nights of the family day weekend. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very nice; and the staff and cleaners were very pleasant. We did have a mishap with the room, but Alana the manager was very professional and sorted it out for us. We would defiantly stay at this property again.

It was the best Christmas I had. The location of the hotel is perfect - just steps away from both blue mountain and the cross country skiing. The hot tubs are amazing!
They were the reason I booked this hotel. To start the day with a nice swim and to finish the long day in the hot tub is all I could ask for!

Very disappointed, I called down to get a late check out and was told no. We ran around and showered, rushed like crazy and called down to get my luggage. I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes. I could have checked out late! The staff then watched my struggle with my bags as my husband has already left to get the car.

The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The one drawback to the stay was not hotel specific. The lift ticket machine was not working so we could not ski on the last day of checkout. It would have been better to just let everyone ski and send them to the ticket counter when the machine was fixed.

1. No one was at reception for at least 5 minutes when I arrived.
2. I have had total knee replacement surgery and walk with a cane. My room was about as far from the elevators as you could get.
3. on checking out, I phoned Service Express twice and let the phone ring 11 times on each call and no one answered.

This is a beautiful property at the foot of Blue Mountain. Steps from the chair lift - a true ski in, ski out. One of the best features of the hotel is the heated garage and ski storage area. When it's minus 27 and snowing outside its wonderful to come into a heated parking area. The O|B restaurant is excellent.

Every aspect of this stay was excellent except for the temperature control in the room. With the system off, temperatures exceeded 80F in the room even when it was 32F outside. I used the air conditioner, a waste of energy in winter, and also had to open a window to get a comfortable temperature (71F) to sleep.

My 7 year old son and I stayed at the hotel for 5 days. We had a great time! The room was clean and well appointed. I love the proximity to the village and all of the activities available for kids. The pool, hot tubs restaurant and bar were all amazing and catered to both of us. We will definitely return again!

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly, they cared about their customers and were very attentive to our needs. It was a delight to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary at the resort. The calming, romantic and lovely atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be back.

Overall the place is very nice to go and relax with family and friends. The conern we had loft bedroom states it is queen size bed but man it is small. Personally I felt that the bed is custom order and small than a double. Tell the front desk they think you have lost your mind...and Lying to them.

what a great 4 days and what a wonderful family hotel. From the front desk staff to the restaurant all were extremely helpful....only one suggestion.....Why do you have a Queen beds in the suites? There is more than enough room for a King bed which in a one bedroom would work way way better.......

Great service overall. From the greeters at the entrance to reception, overall good impression and service. We had an issue with the business center printer, the staff was quick to assist. The menue selection at O&B was a little limited for dinner, but overall great food and service.

The stay was nice but the girl who checked us out left a bad taste. I valeted my car for one day. There was a note on the account but she didn't take off the charge till I asked. Then she says yes there is a note on here I'll take off the second day? Have to say the bellboys are excellent!

First person we saw at the front desk was very helpful, went out of her way to accomodate. When we came back later because the room wasn't ready yet, the guy we dealt with was rude and not willing to confirm my spg gold status and got his nose out of joint when he realized he screwed up.

I had never skied at Blue Mountain before, and I know that staying at the Westin is what made my stay fantastic..... the 'ski in ski out" ability was amazing and the staff was very helpful, accomodating and friendly. The amenities (pool, hottub and workout room) were all great as well!

Visited blue mountains for first time and booked Westin trillium, great hotel with great location... Room exceeds my expectation and view from my room was amazing overlooking hills and village... Enjoyed my 4 day stay, very friendly staff... Looking forward to book again in fall ...

Been to Blue Mountain 3 times. Very disappointed this time. Good points are the room. Very nice, modern and clean. Bed comfy. Great if you just want to stay in the room. Pool was gross. Very dirty foggy water with obvious debris floating in and on top of water.
No choice to take kids to Plunge. Very expensive for what it is! Really busy, no chairs or shade unless you want to sit inside where it is really noisy.
Restaurants poor. Overpriced poor service and inadequate food. Ate at The firehouse, K2( walked out), and CopperBlues. Meal sent back at CopperBlues, waiter between bar tending and waiting tables, wait staff eating their meals beside us and charged full price for kids meal when they advertised meals at half price.
I used to be a fan of Blue Mountain Resort but not anymore. The whole place seems to be less than standard and it seems no one is really overseeing the entire establishment anymore. Sad to witness, but true. Not worth the money. Spend the money and go to Tremblant where they still care.

I came to relaxe with my wife, we both foiund the room to be to noisey, may because of vent machines, Very disapointed Realy of all the times we have come to your hotel this was the worst. To expensive for so little. And did not get a night rest, could not wait to leave.

Staff excellent, room great. Only low point of my stay was being refused any kind of late checkout despite my gold status. 4pm late checkout is understandably impossible on a fully booked day, but 1 or 2pm should always be possible with a little extra work by the staff.

Lobby wifi was not working. I contacted staff and they gave explanation that it might be because of load factor as it was family day long weekend.
However, i didnt get the service what i was supposed to get. Staff just apologized instead of giving alternative solution.

This Hotel is beautiful. We had a Queen bed with a pull out, a little tight for 4 but we didn't stay in the room much. The outdoor pool was warm enough for the kids to swim in the late evenings. Oliver and Bonacini was a huge disappointment, would not go there again.

Although this weekend's stay was out first at Westin Hotel, we would strongly recommend this experience to others considering based on room comfort, cleaniness, service, location to all activites and relaxed atmosphere !!
Definitely will be back for more fun .....

We have stayed at a few of the hotels in the village over the years, but since our stay at the Westin Trillium it's become our sole destination. In the past two years we have visited at least once per season and the level of service is wonderful and consistent.
