We came to Chicago for a short stay but I wanted to stay LONGER! From the speed of check-in to the great amenities (pool, workout room, etc.), I have to say I LOVED IT! Great location and easily accessible to downtown. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks much!

Arrived at 9pm Saturday and only one person at check in so waited 15 minutes. The guy in front of me was waiting in line to report kids running up and down hallways and broken glass in the hall. Checked in and hurry down to use the hot tub before the 10 pm close time and the pool, hot tub and sauna were all filled with kids. The sauna had an age minimum yet was standing room only as there were 10 approximately 8 yr old girls occupying it. I decided to head to the gym and as I'm heading in a gentleman was walking out frustrated and he mumbles " It's a zoo in there". Yep, all young kids with no supervision yanking on all the machines and running around screaming. I find a spot in the hot tub but the kids were splashing all over, I get out and no towels. I pick up the phone and call for towels and 15 minutes later still no towels. I call again and 5 minutes later I decide to just walk back to my room soaking wet. Upon entering my room Sat night I notice right outside my door are 2 glasses from the previous occupants and also 2 glasses on the floor across the hall. When I checked out at 10:30 on Sunday all the glasses were still laying in the hallway. Probably why the guy at checkout was complaining about broken glass in the halls. I know the pool is not manned but does anyone ever walk thru and just check for kids causing chaos or the need to fill the towel station? I have kids, I understand they like to have fun but these kids were out of control with no adults in sight and affecting all the adults that just wanted to enjoy the ammenities. If I had been staying another night I would have asked for a refund and left. I think there is lots of work to be done to bring this up to a Westin's standards.

Love the club lounge was great enjoy the site from the top floor and refreshing fruits! Look forward to staying again.

Thank you to Connie in service express and thank you Kelly. Both were great in helping making this trip one to remember in a most positive way. I also would like to give praise to the fast service and excellent service. This was a trip where I felt I left feeling better.

This property is dynamic, Easy to get to from airport. Located off the highway so it is quiet. The rooms are very nicely appointed. Harry Cary;s restaurant on property is a great fit. Will stay here any chance I get.

The front desk staff seemed to be on different pages the whole time. Starting from when I booked my room to when check out came it was a hassle. My card was going to be charged twice for my stay because the girl "forgot" I paid 2 nights before. I was quoted the wrong price, and my room was charged for $200 from the restaurant downstairs that I never went to. The amount of money you pay to stay there is a joke for what you get. There's no breakfast, no microwave, and no tv connection that doesn't cut out. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that are better service and amenities. Although I did like the cleaning lady. She was the only nice person there.
