I love the Westin Workout rooms! There are no excuses when staying in one of these rooms. I travel a lot on business and usually don't find time to go to the Fitness Center but having a treadmill or stationery bike in my room makes it so easy!!!!

My sister and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was at the Westin in Boston. We were greeted by a terrific gentleman at the curb that helped us with our luggage and my scooter. The clerk at the desk saw to it that I was close to the elevator. The gentleman that helped us to the room could not have been nicer. No matter where we were, we were greeted with smiling and helpful staff that wanted our stay to be the best. IT CERTAINLY WAS. The room was delightful. The beds luxurious. We will definitely stay at a Westin again.

With the exception of not getting service at Sauciety restaurant (waiter walked by me waiting on tables on either side of me never once speaking to me or acknowledging me for 20 min when I finally got up and left) and hotel computer systems down and unable to give a receipt so I agreed for them to send via email which still isnt here - rest of stay was great.

I was pleasantly reminded that all luxury hotels are not the same in terms of service, facilities and people, and that we need to revisit the Starwood partners, specifically the Westin. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. Your people were the best; extremely courteous, friendly and responsive to our needs. There is no doubt where we'll be staying when in Boston!

This Westin has all the bells and whistles. The lobby is spacious and the variety of food and restaurant options within the hotel are endless. The front desk staff and concierge staff were more than helpful and accomidating. My room was spacious and the bathroom very clean, I wasn't pleased with the bathroom lighting or the water pressure from the sink but the showerheard was amazing! The valet services were also excellent.If you plan to visit Boston...you have to stay here.

I have stayed at the Westin on several occasions before, and am always happy with my overall experience. This time; however, I was a bit disappointed. I checked into my first room and it appeared as if housekeeping had not come to this room yet. The beds weren't made, towels and sheets were on the floor, etc... I called the front desk and requested a room change. They were extremely accommodating and brought me to another room. This second room was no different because housekeeping had not come to this room either. I called the front desk again and asked to get moved. I asked to speak with a manager, and they sent Alex up to escort us to a clean room. Alex was extremely helpful as he apologized for the inconvenience and took care of us. I told him that I completely understand miscommunications sometimes happen, which was the case in this scenario. I appreciated his help in taking control of the situation and making sure we were escorted to a clean room. As expected, the final room was very nice, and I ended up having a wonderful time despite the mishap with the dirty rooms at the start. I was a bit disappointed because I didn't expect that to happen; however, this mishap will not hinder my willingness to stay at the Westin in the future. The way the staff handled this situation proved why they are known for superior customer service. They rescued my experience.
