Rated 5 out of 5 by boston tourist This hotel was clean and comfortable in every way. We even enjoyed the walk into downtown to do the Freedom Trail. It is not as far as it seems on a map. Great stay September 23, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good All Around Boston Choice This property is centrally located: minutes from the airport, adjacent to the convention center and walking to distance to downtown Boston. Staff are friendly and professional and the bar serves great cocktails. Food in the Irish pub is mediocre but the beer selection is great and the staff are exceptionally nice. The lobby can get very very crowded when conventions are in town. I have stayed here when it can take 15 - 20 minutes to get a coffee at Starbucks. But the location, rooms and staff make this a solid choice. September 20, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Boston weekend With many hotels to choose from in Boston it was t easy picking one. I spoke with Wilson, front office supervisor. After speaking with him the choice was clear. He upgraded us and we had a terrific weekend. I highly recommend this hotel. Staff, location and value was well worth the trip. September 20, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Mehh At first glance it seems like a nice property. It seems clean and well kept. The rooms are comfortable. If all you want is a place to sleep this place works. If you are with a large convention group of 700-900 people, this place needs help. The lobby bar is woefully inadequate & understaffed. Instead of fixing the issue, they blame the customers and close the bar early. This affects all quests, not just those causing the problems, but it would be less of a problem if the hotel properly staffed the bar in the first place. The 2 other bars in the hotel are not hotel run and become very crowded. City bar is understaffed as well. Try taking your drink to the lobby to get away from the crowd & you get stopped. The Starbucks as well is understaffed and crazy busy with lines out into the hotel lobby constantly. The other option for breakfast is the $25 buffet or over priced room service. The banquet food is adequate at best. Serving me raw chicken at lunch was very off putting. Overall just a very mediocre experience. I wouldn't recommend. August 18, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Facilities and Options I tried to take advantage of the New Balance partnership but you didn't have XXL in Womens sizes. I also used the Penfield's Business Center and the staff there was extremely rude. Not only did they argue in front of me about who was going to get up to have to help me i watched them throw peoples packages they were inventorying onto the scale from across the room. They had an attitude the entire time they were helping me and then made me feel as if i inconvenienced them by using their services. It was an uncomfortable experience as a consumer. I also was argued by your check-in staff about my company credit card. The man checking me in and his manager argued with me that i needed a pin for my credit card. It was not a debit card, just a regular company Visa. I travel every week for work and have NEVER been asked for a pin and it made me very uncomfortable that they were telling me how wrong i was and that i must have a pin or give them another card. And to be clear i called my Finance team in my office the next morning and our cards DO NOT come with a pin, its something that can be set up not something we commonly DO setup however. It again was an uncomfortable encounter with your staff. The only pleasant staff encountered was the Valet's, the hostess at Sauciety and the room service staff that brought me a razor since i forgot mine. August 15, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Romantic Getaway My girlfriend and I had a great stay at the Westin Boston Waterfront! Our room was spectacular and had amazing views of the city to go with it! I wanted to thank Kyle with in-house reservations for his assistance as he made this stay a little extra special and we could not be more grateful! July 28, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by This hotel was a great disappointment! Poor housekeeping service, dirty towels rehung for use, not quite sure if bed sheets were ever changed. Floor was not cleaned during our entire stay of 5 days! Poor service in restaurant - very slow or NO service as they didn't staff up in expectation of the convention on site. Charges put on our bill that were incorrect i.e. long distance phone calls, parking, etc. Be sure and check your bill BEFORE you check out! July 25, 2016
