Rated 1 out of 5 by JonathanC Was kicked out a day early
When I checked in I was told I had my room for two days. The attendant even wrote the checkout date on my room key envelope. I returned to my room the second day to find the door locked and my things not packed and in the lobby. The manager told me I was being charged a late checkout fee and it was entirely my fault (this was a full day before they said my checkout was). Not only did I not get the room back but he yelled at me while the attendant who helped me stood behind him. Terrible experience for such nice rooms. I wish they treaded paying customers nicer and owned up to their mistake.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ArtTexas Thank you Wayne
The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. In particular Wayne (working the BPOS CAB event staff) had helped me with a food request during a break. Amazing service and friendly attitude.

Rated 5 out of 5 by beeper Awesome Staff, Love New Breakfast & Loved Our Stay!
We have never been disappointed at this property. Now, it is better than ever with the new breakfast menu which includes eggs made-to-order. Our grandchildren, who were with us, consider this hotel their "home away from home." They love the pool, the breakfast because they could get an omelette, and have sausages, chocolate milk made for them, bacon, toast, yogurt, cereal and fruit. They also love the fact we can all walk over to Bellevue Square, and they love dinner at the Palomino which is just opposite the hotel. Ourmar is fantastic, and always remembers us.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Nic1 Nice hotel, great location - not quite up to expectations
We have stayed at this hotel on prior visits to Bellevue and had wonderful stays. This particular stay was not quite up to expectations. Our check in was not as personable as we have experienced and our room was dirty and missing some of the basic amenities. The heating system in the room was also very noisy all night. The pool and fitness center were very nice and well equipped - do wish they had a sauna. However, the location is perfect for anyone staying in the downtown Bellevue are - just a sky bridge away from shopping, food and other attractions. Also easy access to the park and wonderful walking trails. Overall - not my best experience at a Westin but I'm sure I will be back.

Rated 4 out of 5 by oldjohn74 Room accomodations were excellent, breakfasr was a disappointnent
Our reception and stay at the hotel was fine. Desk staff, room and access to Wintergrass was all great. Our only disappointment was breakfast in the lobby at the hotel. The service was mediocre , the waiter could barely speak English, there was no menu or clear explanation of the price or what was included in the "breakfast". $45.00 for fruit, coffee, and french toast for two did seem a bit over the top, and the food was not very good either.

We recently attended a conference at the Westin Bellevue, and were impressed with the facility, as well as the accomodating staff. From Front Desk, to valet, to Banquet staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Dave1974 You spoiled us again Westin, thank you.
Westin always knows how to add the special touches to their locations. The Bellevue Westin made for a wonderful weekend away. Beautiful rooms, several outstanding restaurants within a block, movie theater, arcade, night clubs at attached local property. Then to top it off shopping at one of the finest malls directly across the street. Thank you for a great birthday weekend.
