I can't thank the staff at Westin Huntsville enough. You are the best!!
My family was well taken care off as usual each time during our visit. The staff is attentive, food is wonderful, and Gosia always try to upgrade us to a suite so we have more room.

Overall a good experience. But, it took 10 to 15 minutes for hot water to get to my shower or sink....
Plus, I signed up for the "Green: program and got the card for 500 points, but my towels were still swapped out every day. This happened my last stay also. I am not sure the cleaning staff is coordinated on this.
And, one last thing. We had a catered meeting on site. The break food that was paid for, was removed before we were finished with it. AND, the energy bars that we also paid for were taken away. Why not leave them?
Plus, the dinner was 2 plates short of food and it took 30 minutes to get those people served.. Apparently adjustments to the count were not transferred tot he cook staff properly.

The only bad part of an otherwise beautiful wedding. Really, if you can find another venue to host your event, go elsewhere! Many, many issues (rooms, keys, access to floors, food, bar, staff). I guess they think they are the only "nice" place in Huntsville so they can behave however they want. Note: the top 7 floors are empty, so asking for the top floor, or an upper floor will get a room on the sixth floor (suites only). But they wont tell you that until you have checked in. So you spend $300 on an average suite with no view. No executive lounge.

The checkin was fast and staff helpful. Room was clean and nice. Bad part is we were woken up to pounding on the door by housekeeping twice even though I placed the do not disturb sign on the door. I also found that we had no hot water to the shower. I let it run for a while but nothing. Glad I was close to home. I will give this place another chance. Maybe it was just bad luck that stay.
