This hotel is VERY nice. The bed is very comfortable. If you are allergic to feather pillows, remember to request all synthetic. We forgot to do that, but housekeeping was very quick to deliver the pillows we needed. Our room stay came with a breakfast coupon, however, the Sage Grill in the hotel wasn't handling breakfast well at all. The restaurant manager was very nice and was trying to keep everyone happy, but the experience was not at all up to par with a Westin. The buffet was out of a lot and what was there was cold.

It took forever to get seated even though there were plenty of tables available. We never did get waited on. Checked out the bar and it wasn't worth eating. Left with displeasure and without eating. For $179.00 plus tax you should be able to get a good breakfast!

We were there for our 20th Annv. & had a wonderful time away. We loved the surrounding areas as well. Everything was so close we didn't have to drive anywhere. We'll differently return this year for another stay for a weekend getaway. Infor states heated pool, but its not as heated as it should be.

Walked in tired from shopping at the mall. Didn't have a reservation so I expected to have to go hotel to hotel to find the right room for the right price. To my surprise the staff member assisting me gave the discount I was looking for with courtesy. Get to the room with a comfy king bed and a robe and then to the hot tub to relax my muscles ahhhh...

I've stayed at this location before and everything was perfect but I must say that this experience was not. I needed an extra room at check-in and was told that I would have to book the reservation online to get the same rate I already had. I don't understand why they can't copy reservations and rate codes using their terminal...makes no sense. After going to my car, booking the room using my phone, and coming back inside I'm told that my guests that were already in the first room would have to switch rooms. Additionally, the room I just booked, and was initially told was ready, was now unavailable. An hour later I was settled in both rooms.

3 PM was check in time we arrived after 5PM and room was not ready. Requested adjoining rooms and the room we were assigned had a severe smoking odor. We notified front desk and we were assigned new rooms, tho not adjoining. Staff person who brought new room keys did not offer to help load luggage on cart. Not what I expected from the Westin brand. Hallways were not clean, debris on carpets Housekeeping carts lined the hallways thru out the day. Just not a great experience
