Rated 5 out of 5 by Subramaniam Stay at Westing two weeks ago
Comfortable bed, clean room and courteous staff at Westin made my stay a memorable one. Certainly I will choose Westin next time when I visit Hunstville.

My room was not tidied up on Saturday. Apparently someone--I have no idea who--put a DND sign on the door after we left. While I don't blame housekeeping entirely, it would be nice if there was a way to avoid this problem. Possibly texting or calling when not sure of the request.

Rated 4 out of 5 by RemRay123 Nice Place but Colorless and Drab
The Westin Huntsville is a nice place. Quality of service and rooms are great. We did however have a couple little things we didn't like. The hallways and rooms are colorless and drab. I felt like I was becoming depressed after staying there just two nights. Immediately when we walked into our room we noticed the room smelled like body odor. It was disgusting, but we said nothing as we just got used to it, and we weren't in the room all day anyway. Hey Westin, add some freaking color to your rooms and hallways and make sure the rooms don't smell like B.O.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ColeT Excellent servers
I am always amazed at the quality and consistency of the servers at this property. Kim is so professional and friendly spending time at the bar is like being home. Keaton, Julie and the others add to the warm, friendly culture that keep me coming back. I'll miss Jon.
It's always nice to be recognized and called by name. All of the staff goes out of their way to do that and make me feel welcome! Thanks Westin Huntsville!

Rated 5 out of 5 by PF1234 Thank you Gosia
I stayed at Westin Huntsville several times a month. Last week, the staff at Westin upgraded my family to a suite to give us more breathing room. In addition, Gosia was nice enough to send us a basket full of goodies. Thank you for the entire staff at Westin; we definitely appreciated your special hospitality. We will be back!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by RemRay123 Westin Huntsville - Colorless and Depressing
Stayed at the Huntsville Westin 4-4 to 4-6. Our room smelled like body odor as soon as we opened the door. The hallways and rooms are depressing, dark, colorless. Whatever "theme" they went with in this hotel wasn't well thought out if you ask me. The quality of the room was great in terms of furniture, bed and bathroom materials and fixtures. No complaint there. Nice big flat screen t.v. Just not my style in terms of decor and color choices.

Hotel was nice and convenient for conference. Restaurants within walking distance so don't need rental car. Only problem was taxis took a while to get to the hotel and so getting to airport was tighter than I liked. I wished there were more King size rooms available. Double bed was adequate, but at 6'5" the covers ended up on the floor.

How many hotels are there where you can walk out of three exit doors westward, eastward and northward and be able to shop at 50 different merchandise stores, a movie theater and restaurants? I spent three lovely days enjoying the beautiful and palatial facilities of the Westin Huntsville. There is a beautiful outside courtyard with seating overlooking the man-made lake which contains an outside entertainment bar and outside pool. As well, the Westin has an inside pool, a well-appointed spa, several ballrooms and residential condos on the property. The public areas are attractive and inviting. It is a large, well-maintained, stately property with six floors. I enjoyed room 526 which gave me a view of the lake, the courtyard and the carousel in the shopping mall. I was able to walk through the courtyard to P. F. Chang's and Panera Bread and enjoy some meals off of the property. I look forward to my next stay at the Westin Huntsville.
