The hotel is located in the mall. Staff is courteous and the spaces clean. The bed itself though is not as comfortable as the Heavenly beds in other Westin's. Paid for Internet but it's virtually 2G speed. Resorted to using my own cell coverage. Pool is nice but overrun by families (from what I heard, they got one room and invited the neighborhood kids). Not exactly the hotel's fault but maybe patrol the area more often to make sure people belong there?
Had breakfast at the Sage Grill and it was absolutely terrible. Staff is nice and polite but inattentive. Pot of coffee was lukewarm and disgusting, but after getting seated and brought the coffee, never seen my server again to request hotter coffee. Food at the buffet probably won't pass health department inspection, food was cold. The gravy has the consistency of Elmer's glue. Only redeeming quality was the omelette station.
Would suggest you save your money and stay at the Hampton or Four Points instead.

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT HOTEL IN A GREAT LOCATION. SHOPPING MOVIES RESTAURANTS CLEAN CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THAT IS IN THE HUNTSVILLE AREA.

A good place to stay.
When ready to leave the hotel I needed some support for my extensive luggage. After waiting a long time I decided to carry my four pieces of luggage myself since I needed to catch a flight. The hotel should have told me they were understaffed and could not provide the service in a timely manner. Instead the customer was misguided with the message that the support would be at the room soon.
