Rated 2 out of 5 by Elevator and Escalator Status Unsatisfactory This was sadly the worst SPG stay I have had in recent memory. The nightly rate was amazing, perhaps I should have considered why. The three elevators took and EXTREMELY long time to reach me on several occasions. So long in fact that by the time it did arrive, there were too many people waiting, that we could not all fit on one elevator. Secondly, there is no easy way to to traverse the second floor lobby to the first floor entrance without waiting in line for an absurd amount of time because the down escalator is closed. I'm not sure why, but as long as the escalator is safe to walk on, it can always be used as stairs... The rooms and hallways are old and worn out, stains on carpets, marked up furniture reminiscent more of a interstate budget hotel than a city center luxury brand hotel. I hope you guys renovate soon! Rated 1 out of 5 by gone wrong On our first night at the hotel the air conditioner was so loud it shook the bed, we moved to another room and the tv did'nt work it took them two days to make it work correctly.the desk was burnt and the bathroom door frame was rusted, they never replaced the plastic wrapped cups for drinking . The staff in this hotel were all amazing, they could not help you enough. it was not my most relaxing stay.. April 29, 2016

Rated 3 out of 5 by Needs improvement The hotel was a lil out dated I don't like the fact the hotel don't have microwaves in the room I understand it's because the y want u to order from there menu But what if all you could afford was ur room sobyou brought things with u from home that you can heat an eat. Rated 4 out of 5 by Great hotel HORRIBLE room service The hotel front desk where AMAZING especially this one front desk lady that I wasn't able to remember her name but she was VERY helpful, always had a smile and very warm GREAT job front desk staff even the girl who checked is in was VERY prompt well mannered (sir & mam) and check in was fast. now to the problem we ordered a well done steak it came up to us very bouncy and bloody front desk and room service apologized however when the cook" fixed " the steak again it came back VERY well done burnt flat n crispy A CRISPY steak, I didn't say anything at that point I was just too tired BUT front desk took it off our bill! The cook was HORRIBLE food was not good. February 15, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Stay The staff was perfect. The Platiinum Breakfast was just what I needed. A nice Platinum upgrade was also very much appreciated. If you are In Town for business or pleasure, I do not see how you could go wrong. Be sure to have a drink at the bar. Everyone working each night were on top of their game.
