We stayed 1 night with my family at this Hotel.
Although this hotel seems to be more suitable for Business traveler, but we were still satisfied with everything here.
Great location on Financial District, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr.Vincent Qu who serves in front desk, I really appreciated for his kindly help to meet my needs when I check-in.
BTW, the breakfast(Brunch) is also great,
it was awarded for consecutive 6 years.
In overall, we had a great stay in this hotel,
and it was really a great deal if you book a reservation during the weekend.

We stayed 10 days in the hotel.We really enjoyed everything, location,rooms,spa and restaurant. The lounge on the 26 floor was outstanding.The staff there was exceptionell.They help you with everything you are asking for. As frequent travelers we were never spoilt anywhere else like this.

I just spend 2 night in last thursday til saturday this is my thirty time I visit this hotel over the last 2 years ,
every time i had a great service
However I dont know why this time they down grade me to a normal customer .

Having spent 170 nights this year with over 10 Starwood hotels within the Asia Pacific region, and member of various club membership, this is the only hotel that remembers your specific room needs and additional facilities.
Every time I check in, I feel at home because additional requests made before are already in the room.
The staff made a point to remember you, enable them to greet you in your last name every time you check in. This is an extremely disciplined training because of the shift work and the numerous clients they met everyday.
Both thumbs up for this hotel, for value, for service, and for location (if you require to be in the East/SouthEast of Beijing.

I have stayed in this hotel for quite a few times, mainly because I like the location and facilities in the hotel. Unfortunately, service provided by hotel staff was much below expectations. I mentioned during this stay that I'm a platinum member and the front desk person looked at me as though he did not know what I meant. The point is, I did not feel appreciated as a platinum member throughout my stay. My room was situated right next to the elevator and the noise kept me up at night. Further, another incident revealed the unprofessional behavior of another hotel staff. I inquired about the cost for airport transportation service and the response was "seventy five RMB". Knowing that it could not be correct, I asked the question again in Mandarin; at a minimum, I got an answer that seemed correct (750RMB). As soon as I turned around, I overheard this staff laughing at my mandarin. Sadly, I wonder who should be laughing at who. Perhaps another point I should make is that I took the time to complete the online survey during past stays and shared similar examples of the unprofessional attitude of some hotel staff and did not receive any follow-up from the hotel. This undoubtedly reflects poorly on the hotel management as well. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback.

If you have meetings in the area, then maybe stay here. For a Westin, this place is a bit worn out. The lighting in the main lobby is not appealing, making the ambiance a bit dull. The carpets in the hallways and rooms are worn out. The service at the restaurants was not on par with 5-star. Servers don't seem to speak English and will walk around, but are not attentive. Check in took more than 10 minutes. The room fittings seemed pretty good. Room service with order of Hai Nan chicken was poor as the chicken was either not fresh or over steamed. Other than that, this hotel is in a great location, if you have meetings with the major banks, but you can likely get better value for money.
